Really bad customer service the ladies that work in the afternoon around 3 o’clock. Are really bad with customers. One time I asked at the window if they can add more ice to my beverage and she told me no. and just today I forgot to order something and when I got to the window, I asked them if I can add something to my order, and she told me that that was not possible that if I want something I have to go back to line because they cannot take orders at the window first time that this happened to me really bad customer service at this location

I would have given negative rating for their customer service if I could. The ladies who work on drive through are very rude. Even after repeating my order at least 5 times, they couldn't get it right. And when I said I would to cancel my order as they couldn't hear me, she said Gladly" and didn't even put in any effort to understand. I went there as it was near my home but I would rather travel a little than going back there."

One of two in the city that's open after 10pm, this Tim Hortons also has bathrooms and indoor seating.Although it says 20mins seating per customer, most sit here for hours all day long and share coffees until staff kicks them out(which never happens). Always the same faces sitting down, rarely anything on the tables other than their garbage that they ALWAYS leave behind. I've never gotten a seat because they were all taken.I'd feel sorry for staff...but I feel they encourage it since it has steadily gotten louder, dirtier and unfamiliar" to old school Timmies fans over the past 5 years especially.Atleast they still serve coffee...if they get your order right it's good

Tim Horton's had to be the worst restaurant chain anywhere. At 1145 you cannot get anything other than drinks. Why bother remaining open? You would think they could have a sign indicating that you cannot get anything other than drinks. A doughnut shop in Canada that claims to be Canada's favorite doesn't have a doughnut or cookie at 1145 pm. It's unacceptable as far as I am concerned.

It felt like we were unattended by an Arabic girl and felt like she was only paying attention to her people and not taking our order. And after staying so long, we got our wrong order. We chose this location in our need but won’t ever come to visit again and won’t recommend. RACISM!!!!

Tim's is not great any longer. Had'nt been in a long time and wont be back in the near future. Almost every time I go in the last 2 years...which is not often , wait times are long, orders mixed up, low staffing levels. Maybe not all in their control as many businesses have labour shortages. Food quality has diminished...not the same old Tim's any more....this goes for all their locations. Since the new ownership took over it has been a noticeable decline at all locations.

This review is to thank Judy at the drive-thru window in the morning. She is crazy fast and the line always moves very quickly.Judy is awesome, and I go almost every morning before work to pickup a tea.Thanks Judy, and the behind the scenes team that make the drive-thru so quick in the morning.
