Fairchild Lake

Moved here about a month ago. The park is well maintained and very quiet. I was fortunate enough to get a spot on the lake and got to pick everything out in my new home . Linda and Monica in the office are very helpful. I looked at around 20 parks in the area and this is the one I choose. I feel confident that I made the right decision for me. So far I am really enjoying . Love the lake .

Very decent place. I was visiting family that just moved there recently, and the homes are fairly nice for their price. My family had some issues upon moving in though, particularly some plumbing (it was just built and they are the first to move in, so to be fair) but they are working to fix the situation.

No one ever answers the office phone. Parking spots are faded so everyone parks in your spot. Street lights are constantly out, trash everywhere on back road, no ammentities. Rent keeps getting higher and nothing is improved in here.

If there’s any negative reviews, it’s probably because they were bad tenets themselves. We have lived here for just almost 2 years. Aaron and Jim in the front office are awesome and love to answer any questions you have. They work with you if you keep that line of communication open. In our bay, the neighbors are pretty great and our area is quiet. Can’t speak on other bays here. I have no complaints about this place. Rents a little high but that’s a giving since life inflation is a huge thing right now. But other than that this place is nice for our family !

After reading all the reviews and then driving through the park myself. I would never move here! Trash EVERYWHERE! The staff is extremely rude! Rent is way too high. Yes they did lie about the application fee. A disaster avoided. Thank you to all the individuals whom posted their thoughts on here about all the lies and negative things that happen in this park.

Have been trying to rent here for the last month and haven't seen the inside of one unit!! Aaron the leasing agent is shady and always promising you something better is coming!! How can that be when I haven't seen a unit INSIDE in a month!! Only been able to drive by.Well the final straw was when I wanted to go see a unit yesterday and Aaron said I couldn't until today. I had a morning commitment today and we agreed on right after lunch. I just got a call from Aaron that he rented it out this morning, right from under me!!! This after having been approved for the last month and having waiting until he suggested! If thats NOT SHADY AS ALL GET OUT ..... You're not paying attention! BEWARE OF THE PRACTICES HERE. What a waste of time.

Use to be beautiful. Now its getting run down old dirty looking. Park does not enforce rules at all. The parking is horrible

We recently signed our first leased home with Fairchild lake! Aaron is amazing, got us a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath for an amazing price. We move in this weekend and cannot wait. Aaron made the experience very fast and very easy. Made our first home a forever home! Thank you so much!

Recently had my daughters baby shower in the park clubhouse. So impressed by the updates in it. Great venue. I’ll definitely book again during a summer month to utilize the deck.

This place charges extra just to stare at bushes in the back of your trailer. Called for price of renting. Would you believe over $1200 a month? Hell no and if you people pay that, ypur desperate
