The most amazing salon that I’ve been to! I had my haircut with Sarah and she’s literally the best. Extremely caring and professional. I used to not care about my hair at all so had a lot of questions and she answered everything for me and even took a look at the products I use and recommend different things. Never had this kind of experience before. Other salons in Montreal I went to (which aren’t cheaper) didn’t provide the same quality of experience at all. The owner is extremely friendly as well. Because I don’t speak French, it was great to have someone fluent in English. Definitely worth money and will be back.

It was my first time to get my haircut there. Adore it. Julie is new there but she’s very good and super friendly. The ambiance is nice at the salon. The owner Jean-François is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed by haircut at M Coiffure with Noemie. Everyone was so kind and lovely and the salon ambiance is very professional and hospitable. I was very comfortable there!Noemie is clearly an expert in her craft. She gave me a lot of great hair care tips and she knew the science behind the products which was really interesting to learn about. She also gave me a lovely head massage, which is always a bonus. She cut my hair after washing and blow-drying my hair. It was my first time getting a dry cut and I really loved how much haircut turned out. I received many compliments and I can’t wait to come back.Overall a great experience and I will be back! :)

Updated August 27 2019: VERY late update. The salon reached out very promptly after my original review. I was given a credit for my previous visit. Really professional staff, handled the situation really well. Hairdresser apologized for the awkward scenario. All was made well! Thank you to the team at M Coiffure.Original:Salon has a wonderful team and good vibe!I just had an unfortunate experience with a stylist, I had gotten my hair cut at the start of the month, and when I got home I wasn’t very happy with the length.No problem, tried to book in again to have it fixed but the stylist had vacation and the timing just didn’t work to see her before hand (totally understandable) so I booked in to see her today after her vacation. She didn’t recognize me at all, even after mentioning our first appointment and cut, and she even told a few of the same stories.At the end of the day, my second hair cut is fine (still not 100%) but really awkward situation and I was still asked to fully pay for my appointment.

Very unprofessional. My fiancee went in person and contacted the salon via email multiple times, finally got them to send a contract for our wedding date which we sent back with a Yes the next day! Never got a response back, we assumed we had a contract. Then after seeing her hair stylist leave the salon via her instagram, she started getting nervous. She contacted her and she said we should contact the salon. Sadly they apperently never got our Yes, and gave our date to someone else. And theres nothing they can do.... 2 months before our wedding..... she is in tears and scrambling to find a last minute hairstylist. They did however reccomend other salons to try.Good job M coiffure...

I had an amazing experience ! The staff is welcoming and takes care of you right at your arrival. I had an appointment with Alejandro and he did an amazing job ! He used his skills and knowledge to recommend what was best for me and also listened to my opinion and took them into consideration. Can't wait for my next appointment !
