The staff is nice, however every extra single minute and extra questions you will ask the lawyer will be charged from you. My document that had to be sworned should cost me 25$, however because he made an unforseen calculation (summed up 4300+59+25) in his calculator and completed a blank space, they charged me 50$.

John and Beatrice were fantastic to work with when selling my home this year. The lawyer I had used previously was really, really poor at communicating with us, answering questions, keeping us in the loop, or helping us when things went wrong. The same cannot be said for John. Instead, he was incredibly cool, calm, and professional when things were going sideways with our house closing and he went to bat for us whenever he needed to. He checked in with us and maintained contact when appropriate, and helped save us tons of legal headache (and cost!) by going above-and-beyond and performing additional title checks before transactions were made. Overall, I'm incredibly thankful to have had him as a lawyer and will certainly be returning whenever I need his services in the future. He was worth every dollar.

Krawchenko is a troubled person . Very unethical and certainly Not Professional . He is very rude and not a good listener . He cannot control his temper and will lash out at people rather that try to reason with them . Stay away from this lawyer. He will grab your money and treat you like a low life.

I dealt with Mr. Krawchenko a couple years ago years ago regarding an urgent family matter. John was very knowledgable and professional and I had an excellent outcome. John is not inexpensive, however, you do get what you pay for. The rest of his staff was very friendly. He really made the whole process of going to court and spending a good chunk of time there a lot easier and less nerve racking to deal with. I've dealt with enough crackhead lawyers to know a good one when you find one. Just remember, he's a lawyer, and you're not, so don't be surprised if he tells you something you really don't want to hear. Again, though, I listened to my lawyer and had the desired outcome I had hoped for.
