I went to buy a fireplace at this wonderful establishment. The service and quality was impeccable. So much so that I ended up buying a second fireplace for my basement. Shawn and Kyle the owners were very helpful and so nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Poor communication on backorder items. I had to seek a followup once a month on a few items. They never were proactive in communication. Just kept saying sorry but repeating the identical issue month after month.
