He then took us around the home to show us what he found.- Professional: This was the first time we met Rick, but it is clear that he takes pride in his business and represents it well.- Personable: He was very easy to talk to and made us feel that any question was appropriate. This was very important to us as first time buyers.- Knowledgeable: We asked many questions throughout the inspection, all of which Rick had an answer or solution to.- Helpful: Not only did he point out issues that need to be addressed with the home, but he offered advice on how and when to solve those issues.- Detailed: The report he provided later that night is very detailed and includes pictures, diagrams and write ups on solutions to issues with the home.- Price: Very, very reasonable. For the service we received and the piece of mind we now have, Rick's inspection was a no brainer.
