A big thank you to Rob for his expertise and honesty - another HVAC company suggested that I needed a new furnace, and I wanted to get another price estimate, so I found Premium Home Services through the Better Business Bureau and asked for a quote. Rob responded quickly, gave me lots of information and better pricing. He also asked me what the other HVAC company said about my furnace's problem, but when I discussed that contractor's report with Rob, he had his doubts, so I agreed to have one of Rob's technicians come out and look at my furnace. Turns out that after Rob's technician did extensive inspecting and testing, he couldn't find any indication of the supposed problem! No new furnace required, so Premium Home Services saved me thousands of dollars!!

Scott did a great job today checking out our air conditioner before the summer start. He was friendly, courteous and followed excellent COVID protocols. Totally happy with the service and price. Thank you.

Had our furnace, A/C and air cleaning system replaced by Premium Home Services. Their diagnostic of our old equipment as well as available options and recommendations to solve our equipment and temperature control issues was excellent and very professional. The work was done timely with lot of respect for our property (floors, carpets, job sites, etc). Their staff is knowledgable and courteous. Subsequent calls for questions after the work was completed were returned promptly and with requested answers. All in and all, a very positive experience at a fair cost. I have nothing but praise for Rob and his company. When my 30 year old air conditioner stopped pumping cold air Rob, the owner, himself walked me through the troubleshoot. Instead of just telling me the A/C was done and needed replacing he started from the simplest solution it could be and we worked our way up. Because I have some electrical knowledge and an electrical meter he basically taught me how to troubleshoot each part and test them, walking me through each step. Who does that? Actually showing and teaching me for probably an hour and a half all the diagnostics until we reached the inevitable conclusion that the 30 year old unit needed replacing and couldn't be repaired.That is well above and beyond the norm of service in any industry.I ended up getting a new unit from Premium for a good price and Rob sent his Journeyman Mike and apprentice for the install. They were very professional and friendly and problem solved a difficult installation due to the location of my old AC and lines to the furnace. They worked hard the entire day and did an amazing and clean job with the install.I'm very satisfied with the high level of customer service and professionalism I received from Premium. Thanks!

I wish to Thank Rob and his crew at Premium Home Services for a job VERY WELL DONE. We purchased a new house that had a new furnace, the furnace had operating issues. The Builder dropped all the responsibilty on Rob and Premium.Rob did not shy away or blame anyone else, he took the bull by the horns, worked through the warranty process with the furnace manufacturer and in the end was able to PROVE the unit was not operating to specifications. Rob and his crew came out in a timely manner and replaced the furnace, the new furnace is working great and there was no mess to clean-up after. Thank you very much for your expertise and the FANTASTIC way you handled this. I would strongly recommend Rob at Premium Home Services and his guys for any job(s) you may have.

We called Premium after Rob was recommended to us by two other people in the area. Rob is fantastic. Our furnace and AC unit are 18 years old and came with the house (i.e. builder grade). So when the AC died I was convinced it was time for a new HVAC for the house. I previously had several other contractors come out to do estimates on a new system. Rob was the only guy who asked me what the AC symptoms were and insisted he take a look just incase it was an easy fix. In 10 minutes he had my AC up and running again after diagnosing a blow capacitor. Great service and I really appreciate being able to sleep in a cool house tonight. We will be having Premium install a new furnace and AC soon, but he has bought us some time to better budget and plan our decision. Rob also did a great job at explaining the different models and options we had, as well as the importance of balancing the HVAC after the new install. Excellent service all around.

I met with Rob from Premium Home Services because I had a very old furnace and a rental water tank. He was extremely knowledgeable and came up with a few solutions for the issues I had in the existing basement space. We made an appointment for the following week to do the installation. Rob showed up promptly at 8:00, removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, removed the hot water tank and installed the new one in a more desirable location. He also hard wired in a new Smoke/CO detector, he took away an antiquated air conditioner and returned the rental hot water tank to Enercare. Everything was nicely cleaned up and ready for my inspection by 4:00. When I came home he explained what he had done, where everything was, and how to set the new thermostat. I would highly recommend Rob and his team from Premium Home Services and I will be calling them in the future for other work.

Rob and his team were very professional. They did a fantastic job installing our new furnace, thermostat and humidifier. Rob gave us options and didn't try to push anything on us, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend using this company, and will be reaching out in the future for our central air as well.
