great customer service. would just like to be able to get a tracking number once its shipped out. 4 times i ordered i have not gotten a tracking number. But Instagram customer service is fantastic.

Terrible product and worse service.My boyfriend ordered the rose bear for me and had it delivered. When I opened it, I immediately noticed some flowers already missing from it that probably fell off. I sent a photo to him and to my surprise, he was not only angry about the missing flowers, but angry because he ordered a pink bear and I got sent a white one. When he talked to customer service about it, they were very rude and practically called him a liar saying that he was informed about the switch in color. This was untrue as he stated because he wouldn’t have accepted a white bear, knowing I like pink ... anyways, the bear quality was very poor, there was missing flowers, it was the wrong color, and the price was way too expensive for a small bear that’s about the size of a 500ml glass.

We wanted to send a small, yet meaningful gift to a close friend and happened upon Mfleurs. The products are elegant, and the quality was wonderful. The process of ordering the flowers was simple yet with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. When the flowers were delivered, they went the extra mile to text us to confirm. The recipient happened to have called us within minutes to say how thrilled she was with the gift. Their genuine care and concern have converted us to become long term customers in the future.

My partner gifted me a black beauty & the beast rose and I was incredibly disappointed. It’s so pricey for something ridiculously cheap and full of plastic. There was glue everywhere. I sent an email over a week ago with no response, so not only is the quality bad but the customer service as well. I am extremely disappointed.

Really beautiful flowers that will wow the receiving person for sure. I ordered the Chanel flowers and they looked amazing, and my mother in law was really happy. I would Definitely recommend for a nice memorable gift
