Came at 8:25pm they already closed the door, It says 9pm closed!! the boy cashier said there’s nothing I can do for you!! Well you should’ve updated your hours to 8:25pm closing.. bad service!!

Cashier told me I have to wait for 5 mins, that's fine but she gave the pretzels to the lady customer after me and made me standing there like a dummy, even that lady customer aware of that, the cashier just kept looking at me blanked until I asked her where is my pretzel. Rude, no greeting, no politeness, no work ethics. Everyone I went there the cashiers are the same

Stopped by to grab a Pretzel while shopping at Coquitlam Centre. I got the Toscana pretzel and it was absolutely amazing. This is a great place with fast service. I highly reccomend!

Slowest service… expect to wait at least 15 minutes for a pretzel. The owner/manager too busy yapping with employees. Lady rolling the pretzel dough has her cell phone on the work surface counter. Terrible in comparison to the other franchises we’ve visited. Zero stars.

Don't listen to the reviews. I have been 3 Times in less than two months and waited no amount of time. Once I paid I was than presented my warm pretzel and asked what flavor I wanted for clarification

I've been to this place numerous times. They're always fresh. Very reasonably priced. And yeah, it can take a good five minutes for your order to be made, but it's worth the wait.They're fresh, soft, buttery, and delicious. Every time.Seriously, what's with all the negative reviews on here. Not deserving at all.

23 minutes from paying to getting my pretzel. 23 minutes. I was second in line. This place is a joke, do not go here if you value your time. This doesn't even get into the fact that when the pretzels finally came out of the oven the lady spent 5 minutes restocking bags while nobody got their food.
