Simply worst place and a nightmare for Truckers. Expect at least 10 hours waiting for no reason . It look like either they deliberately waste time of Drivers or not professional enough to handle.I am observing it since several years but nothing changed

So I brought a load of Fresh romaine lettuce, green onions, brussel sprouts and other fresh food from Salinas, CA and these folks have no consideration for my time so I will not be bringing there loads anymore! Antton Dodson here is going to be the help u get complete with all the eye rolls! At least metro and loblaws respect there appointments!

Dont even deserve 1 star;My appointment was at 8 amChecked in at 7:45amGot dooor at 8:25 amRight now is 2:35 pm like literally about 7 hours and still waiting for the POD in the shipping office for about half an hour;Really disgusting environmentCan’t get unloaded even if you come on appointment

Giving 4 stars because I only drop trailer and pickup empty’s at this distribution centre. I have done live unloading at Sobeys in other locations and just like most of the other drivers experiences, they do take a lot of time. Otherwise, security is friendly, straightforward checking in process and friendly receiving, lots of yard space for maneuvers and overnight truck parking on the street with a Tim hortons at the petro Canada. Do be warned that no one will be at the receiving desk (especially at night) during their lunch break and they don’t allow you to come in too early.

Hey guys, I have never seen worst disgusting people anywhere then this Sobeys Distribution. I had 8am appointment and I was there at 7:30am. They gave me door in 15 minutes but it’s now 1:00pm still waiting to finish unloading. I don’t know how much time I still have to wait. If you don’t have enough hours of service time then you are in trouble. Try to avoid this place.Truckers have to protest like this companies and stop delivering then they will change

They dont have value of time, even they want you to be in time. I lost my next pickup.I came at 07:30 Am, appointment time was 8 Am, still there waiting for green light.

As a spouse of an awesome truck driver, I was thoroughly disgusted that when these drivers have an appointment (7am) this distribution center leaves them sitting for 6 hours to off load 24 skids. This is why everything is more expensive. Attitude from staff was disgusting. Treat these drivers with respect. They do an awesome job. Respect another professional and keep your appointments. Very poor service.
