tried to go and verify my identity there for an online bank account and was told by an employee that my drivers licence would be enough to prove who I am so I proceeded to wait for the other employee that came to the desk and told me I needed to prove my address not my identity asked me to bring in a pill bottle ... they have no co-ordination no customer service and no respect for my privacy apparently ..

2.2 rating explains a lot. Lack of staff. They don’t answer the phones 75% of the time. Today was the second time that canada post was not able to deliver my package when clear instructions were given.

This location has random hours. Hard to get service and act like they are doing you a favour doing anything postal related for you. Head a few km south and use a different if you can
