Tim was excellent!!! He truly knew his stuff and really helped us out. I would highly recommend and will be using him for all my appliance needs moving forward.

I would give Tim 10 stars if I could. I had another very well known service company come out only to tell me I needed a new subzero. I trusted them and ordered a new 8k refrigerator. Tim was out of town and returned my call just in time and asked to have a look - he felt pretty confident he could fix it. I didn't but I figured I should try before spending so much money. He fixed it and was so reasonable in his charge. He is VERY knowledgeable!!! If you need a repair guy, please call Tim! He is the only person we will trust with any of our appliances from here on out.

Call here first, when you have any appliance issue. He is so knowledgeable and helped me turn what I thought was going to be a dishwasher replacement to a simple and free fix. This dishwasher will now run for another 10 years.

I had a washing machine emergency. My washer broke with my bed comforter, mid-cycle. There was water still in the machine and it was locked. I tried everything to shut it off/unlock it but could not. He came the very next day, fit me in the schedule and helped me get it fixed. Very knowledgeable and really helped me out. Highly recommend!

After spending several hours trying to install my new oven myself and 3 trips to Lowes, I called because I seemed to have damaged the local shutoff valve. I was preparing to have the whole houses gas shut off for the night as it was already 4:30 but Tim was able to get to me that night, fix my shut off valve, and get my oven hooked up despite my somewhat unique gas line situation. He clearly knows his stuff, just looking at my refrigerator as he left he was able to correctly tell that I had a model that has issues with the ice maker and told me what part causes the issue. I will definitely be calling him again next time I get myself in to deep pretending I'm a handyman.

We had a gas leak in our range. I had spent much time and money trying to resolve it. I gave up and, at Viking’s recommendation, I called this guy. He came, examined and approved the repairs I had done, and could not find or fix the leak. He added a short piece of hose to our gas line (which was not needed) and charged me $250. I called and asked him to again come out to fix the leak. He never came back, Never again!

Tim quickly repaired our dishwasher and provided excellent and timely service. During the pandemic with all of us at home, facing the holidays without a dishwasher was more than I could handle! Tim went the extra mile and even talked us through some things to try to see if we still needed service. Very honest and wonderful to work with -- highly recommend.

The gentleman that owns this company is the real deal!!! Exstreamly pleased with his customer service, quick response, and he is definitely knowledgeable in his field of work! He truly exceeded my expectations! You just don't see companies with customer service like this anymore! I highly recommend this company!

What a life saver! I’ve been having all sorts of issues with my, slightly used, whirlpool duet dryer and Tim was great help. When I called I told him I’ve tried everything to fix the heating issues. He asked a couple questions and before I knew it I was buying a cheap part on amazon for 8 bucks to fix it. No service cost, no hassle. Definitely recommend this guy for his knowledge and service. I will use him again in the future if needed for sure.

Tim was fantastic! He came to look at my cracked ceramic stovetop to order the part and looked at my sink because the air gap was spewing water when the dishwasher emptied. He fixed that and went above and beyond telling me to stop throwing parts at my faucet/it didn't need" to be replaced (it was leaking from the handle) because all that needed to be done was tightening a screw (which he tightened). I definitely appreciate the honesty in this line of business because i know nothing about these things & other people might take advantage of that! It really tells a lot about a person's character :) I fully trust this business with any of my appliances & i know i will get great service and honesty!"
