Days Inn by Wyndham Levis

Front desk was professional, efficient and friendly. The rooms get a 7/10 for cleanliness. We found the mattresses to be hard, specially since we are side sleepers, but some might prefer.16 minutes away from the airport, several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance and a gas station next door. Overall good experience.

This was a drive though stop for us as we were just passing though Quebec. The Shower was hot and the staff friendly.However this was not my best stay at a Days Inn.All four of us though the same thing. The beds felt like boards. Worst bed I have slept on at a Days Inn.The room door did not close right, I had to push open/closed as it was rubbing on the door frame.My Son found the the note pad and papers had been previously written on.There was no shampoo (Likely we had some with us)

The front desk clerk was very friendly and remembered us from our last visit months ago. (Unless her system told her we had been before...) The location just off the highway is perfect and there is a gas station next door and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and had a good variety. There is a pool and a gorgeous lobby. One of our favourite spots.

Heating systems are so noisy there!! After we complained for the first room (213), we asked to be moved, went to 217, worst! and the at 218... Very very bad nights. Many customers complained next morning at checkout. All the same, heating too noisy....

The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm. There was a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a coffees maker. The flooring was smooth which I prefer because it is easier to keep clean. The included breakfast was just OK. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very clean and well stocked, the only gripe was the beds are a bit hard,Nice pool area although the hot tub could be a little bit warmer.Front desk staff Jeremy and Annabelle were very attentive and kind and went put of their way to help my wife and I.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at.Decent contentinal breakfast too.

The Day's Inn is a nice place to stay in Levis Quebec. However, the floors in the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, could we not go back to cutlery for breakfasts?!! Absolutely horrible for environment to throw out all that plastic cutlery! And they are less than adequate for using to eat.

Very friendly front desk staff.The room was very cute, and decently sized. It wasn't too stuffy. I could actually open my window! .The breakfast was good as well. There was actually hot food apart from toast or bagels.Would definitely stay again.

We booked a suite and found out the lock of the front door is broken. They knew that and did not tell us until we found out. We had to be changed to a regular room. However they said they cannot do anything about the price difference without supervisor. So we called them after few days we checked out. The supervisor said they cannot do refund or return money, so I accept the Days Inn points for future use. The supervisor said he will email us the steps. But we never heard from them again even we resent them email about this.The thing is they know the lock was broken for months and they do not fix it and put it on website to charge extra money. Bad experience never go again.

Treated like a pampered family member. Cross country travels several times a year lead me to this perfect stop, halfway between Toronto to Nova Scotia.They have clean well supplied amenities. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their hotel manager, David Holness, is much loved by the staff and always there to make sure your stay is restful and meets your needs.They have a limited breakfast buffet, but what most motels are offering these days.Old Quebec City is literally just across the bridge and a little ways east along the north bank of the Saint Lawrence. You're in the middle of Quebec's scenic Heartland.
