The website is very well designed and easy to navigate. Simply booked my appointment. Showed up and was greeted by the friendliest four legged store manager I have ever had to pleasure to be welcomed by. The shave and beard trim were top of line. The owner took great care to ensure my treatment was unrushed and thorough. I will be returning and will recommend this to others!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first haircut at 10/6. Erin is a delight to talk with, and the laid-back, classic feel to her shop put me right at ease in the chair. Bonus points for the straight razor shave and hot towel treatment. Plus, her sweet pup Tucker is sure to put a smile on your face. I will certainly be returning!

Rude and unprofessional. I called ahead saying I would be 3 minutes late, and was told that would be no issue. I arrived and, upon looking at me, they decided I was not worth the wait or time. Felt disrespected, and as a person of colour, discriminated against.Bay Barbers have always been great and made me feel welcome, so I would recommend them over this place

I had a first time experience with Erin. She was very professional and friendly.My cut and shave were exceptional and top that with a great massage and her awesome dog for company. I almost didn't leave. 6 stars is appropriate for my experience and certainly will be returning.Thank you
