I have been using Anrik for 5 years now and the previous owners used them for many years before that. They have always been friendly and professional both over the phone and in person. My most recent appointment I needed to have some heads adjusted and a zone valve replaced. Dan was amazing! This guy clearly knows his stuff! Not just about irrigation, but plants too which was a bonus. He was passionate, professional, friendly, and offered me great advice on transplanting some things that had grown large enough to block coverage in other places. Always wonderful to come across people who take pride in their work.

At the end of the day the job was completed but I had to hold this company's hand almost every step of the way. Rick showed up on time for the estimate. I had two other estimates that were lower but were months out on installing. I had to wait two weeks for the installation by Anrik. I went with them, not based on glowing reviews but on lack of really bad reviews--and the quick installation appointment. It's seasonal and weather-dependent so I kept an open-mind thinking they'd do everything possible to stick with the schedule. After hiring them the office person told me that my tentative" install date was 6/6. I had to call on 6/5 to confirm that they were going to show up and get the start time to insure I would be there--I get a confirmation call for a $20.00 haircut and didn't get one from this company. I haven't had a chance to use their service for repairs

I've been satisfied with their work over the years, they first installed my system about 14 years ago and have been opening/closing it and doing required maintenance since then. My only complaint right now is the yearly cost, in 2019 it's about $160 a year to open and close the system. While that seems to be higher than their competitors I stick with them because of their familiarity with my setup.

Lots of back and forth. Initially paid, but they serviced someone’s else’s house with same same, not looking at the address. Basically paid hundreds for someone else benefit. I called multiple times. Once they came out, they did replace a head, but once they left the scheduled program did not function properly. I called back and it was going to WEEKS before they came back, but magically once I posted a review they came right out (I should have left the original). I now have another invoice (which has been sent for payment) because the THIRD time fix I was blamed again, as the owner, because the solenoid “did or didn’t work” according to the worker. I could continue but the conclusion is no thanks moving forward.On a good note, the installed rain sensor does work (even though it was actually a replacement of one they installed with previous homeowner).

Love this company, the owner and staff are amazing. Can’t go wrong with Anrik Irrigation!

Awesome company, awesome people, and amazing customer service! Highly recommend!!!! They helped us out immensely figuring out an issue with our front yard. We use them every year for winterization and will continue to use them for all of our irrigation needs.

I have been very please with this company. They installed my system 6 years ago. They have winterized my system every year since. Only once have I had to have them come out and repair a head that I had damaged trying to adjust it. I was able to speak with someone right away in the office and within a few days a technician was out to make my repairs.

We have been a customer of Anrik Irrigation for 20 years. Our system needed more than average maintenance this year so we called and scheduled service early to prepare for the 2021 Summer watering season. A service technician was out last week (April 2021) and worked on our system literally all day due to the repairs needed. This young man worked tirelessly until everything was up and running perfectly. He had all the parts needed and didn't have to leave and come back because he wasn't prepared. This one fact impressed us very much. We have always been happy with Anrik's service but this time, we feel they went above and beyond our expectations.Anrik Irrigation is a company of integrity. You can rely on their service and they will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy with your system. Very prompt response to my service request. Friendly tech who had the right stuff with him and explained what he was doing. We plan to switch to Anrik for all our irrigation service going forward.
