I recently had Actif install a new natural gas heating system in my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. François, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. The installation itself was done quickly and seamlessly, with minimal disruption to my daily routine. The new system is working beautifully and has made a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend Actif and specifically François to anyone in need of a new heating system.

Electric furnace installation as part of new bi-energy plan(already had gas furnace). Excellent work by the Actif crew- electricians Bernard and Tristan. Special note of thanks for their creative and innovative solutions to complex issues. Simon's input with initial overview a big help. Great work by plumber Sviatoslav.Crew always punctual , left the workplace clean and orderly.

I wanted to share my EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH ACTIF.I contacted Actif and spoke with Natalia about getting a gas nipple changed on my outdoor bbq. In addition to capping an unused connection. She requested pictures to verify which was to me good service. Then I received a call from Francois right after and he asked about the changes etc. made me feel great and confident of there service. Simon came out today and what a great personality, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Explained every thing he did and even painted the pipe as there was some rust. Seriously a standup human being and professional.Many thanks too all at ACTIF for helping me with such minor tasks and making my experience wonderful. I have worked with other services providers here on Montreal…They could lean from ACTIF. Again many thanks!

Our furnace was failing in February, making more and more noise, while generating less and less heat.ACTIF was responsive (one hour email turnaround of my first email - on a Sunday, and ready to perform the work within a few days), precise (detailed quote with the part numbers of the equipment to be installed), efficient (quoted based on my pictures sent by email, came at the agreed time, installed the exact items called out in the quote, tested the result, and was done in time for a late lunch), patient (worked with me to scope out a full system replacement rather than the replacement of certain defective parts that I had initially requested), and respectful (answered all of our many questions and cleaned up all the mess). The installation is tidy and easily accessible as can be seen in the pictures, and the system purred quietly along till spring, keeping our home comfortably warm. I went from being totally preoccupied with our heating situation to forgetting about it completely. I held off reviewing to know if there would be any issues and there are none!I would do business with this company again for sure!

Amazing service, really recommend!

Charged over $500 for a cleaning and then when power went off to my Furnace they tried to upsell me a part that was not the problem. All interactions with receptionist were seriously about them protecting themselves and not about listening to my issues or concerns. They who cleaned my furnace was pleasant but overall I would not recommend. Highest prices and not interested in helping solve the problem. Just interested in setting up another visit for more and blame deflection. Bad vibe IMO.

It was expensive as are all heating plumbers but at leasr he knew his heaters and what to do and not to do which is much more than I can say for the last guy that came from another company
