Love the pizza. My favourite is the chicken club. However, I'm very irritated to see the size/price changes. There is no more personal sized pizza. Your minimum is a small, at approx $15. Little dips that used to be included, are now $1.20 each. This used to be one of go-to lunch places at work. But now that I'd be forced to pay almost $20 for a pizza lunch, I can no longer justify it. Too bad.

ordered pickup from here tonight, bacon cheeseburger with no onions. got home and saw red onions + chicken for some reason, ruined it. never had a panago screw up my order before

Ordered a large pep and extra cheese. There was hardly any cheese. Called in to inquire about it and they offered to send a fresh pizza the way I ordered it the first time and also put a credit on my account. Now thats customer service. Thanks panago

Tres Bon!! Excellent food, always fresh, quick orders , my compliments to the Chef, and Delivery Man Ken who is always kind , friendly, courteous & respectful. Honestly the best delivery service I have received since I moved here in edmonton almost 5 years ago. Bon appetite! ! Merci Panago!!

Ordered 3 pizzas and picked them up but one was missing. Just got an empty box with a small grease stain. The location has my phone number from the order and could have quickly noticed they had an extra pizza in the back and called me but they didn’t. Unfortunately I live far from this location and doesn’t make sense for me to go back there, this location was the only one on my way home. Couple hours later and no call or anything from this location.
