Recently switched over to College St Animal Hospital as it was highly recommended. So glad I made the switch! The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve used College St Animal Hospital for years with both my dogs and their service is impeccable. I keep trying to go to vets closer to home, but this team is unmatched in their responsiveness, level of care and cost awareness. You can often get next day appointments, they perform surgeries on site, work with you to keep bills totals down and communicate directly with insurance companies. What’s more is they actually CARE about your pets. I will continue to recommend them to all pet owners I come across.

My dog has been their patient for slightly more than a year now. Over several months, he had to be treated for heartworm, which can be extremely challenging and painful. This team went above and beyond, reserving the exact # of doses needed from an excess order for another patient to help lower treatment costs, explaining and re-explaining the steps of the process to me, making sure he was well-cared for, always returning my calls or getting back to questions as promptly as possible, booking time ASAP in case he needed any emergency checkups, and even giving him a free nail trim during one of his appointments. The protocol that was recommended appears to have worked as he's recently tested heartworm negative. Based on my experience dealing with this vet so far, I would definitely recommend.

We switched to College Street Animal Hospital upon recommendation from a friend and have had nothing but great experiences since. They were great with our dog, super clear and communicative about her care and any recommendations, and have followed up regularly on her condition after the appointment. Nothing but great things to say!

Absolutely awful. My 13yr old bull terrier April became a patient of College St Animal Hospital a little under 3 yrs ago. During the lock down the new owners had taken over the practice to which I was not informed. Early 2021 my dog suffered from a neurological condition that set her back quite a ways and she was regularly in for check ups. A few months later my dog started to suffer from sores which after months of antibiotics and tests was FINALLY diagnosed. Shortly thereafter i noticed blood in my dogs urine to which they ran a few more tests and recommended an oncologist. January 2022 we found out through CTVRC that it was a tumor. The 9 months following I never once received even an email from either doctors snow or cohen checking on my dogs status. During the last few months with them I found out they were mislabelling thousands of dollars in insurance claims. Also during a nail trim a vet tech accidentally cut April and instead of apologizing tried to blame it on me and told me i would incur the cost of the bandage to stop the bleeding and a follow up appointment to check for possible infection. At this point she was 15 and I was hesitant to change vets because of the stress on her as well as not knowing what the next few months would look like in regards to her cancer progression. But after 9 months of no tumor growth and awful treatment i made the decision to move. My dog was treated like a customer as opposed to a patient.

Brought my dog here for a toe injury. The staff was very helpful and was able to book an appointment the next day even though we were a new client from out of town.I was worried my dogs toe may be broken but Dr. Norwich and Monica provided me reassurance, a helpful explanation and rational treatment approach that avoided X-rays (which also save me some $). I felt the care was thorough and prices fair. Would highly recommend.

I LOVE College Street Animal Hospital. The staff are all extremely friendly and deal with my antics without complaint. I always feel that my cat is looked after, they don't rush me during appointments and they let me ask all of my questions.Additionally, they always follow up after vaccines/appointments to check-in. I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I found them!

My puppy Benny and I really love this place. They’re very thorough and kind when we have to visit and are great at answering any questions or concerns I have. Even when I’ve elected to do surgery elsewhere due to cost, they were so understanding of my situation and gladly accommodated my changes. I’m super happy with their service, and so is my puppy which is all that matters :)

I have been to multiple vets for my dog (we had moved/travelled so it was necessary over the years) and by far this is the best vet care she has received and this has also been the most positive experience for me as a pet owner! Each visit, every single staff member takes so much care and time to reassure me and care for my dog. Even through initial phone calls, I never feel rushed and they are always so kind and genuinely try to find a solution to help me or work really hard to get my dog in last minute (which is so above and beyond). The vet techs are always happy to see my dog, are pleasant and helpful. The vets themselves, during COVID restrictions when I wasn’t allowed in the clinic, took SO much time to talk on the phone with me to update me on my dog and her situation. In person, they do the same. I never feel like I am being upcharged for services or tests, instead they seem to really have my dogs best interests in mind. They will even email the next day to ask how she is doing which is just above and beyond what I have experienced anywhere else. This clinic really take care to make each vet visit a positive experience for both myself and especially my dog. I am so incredibly fortunate they were taking on patients when I needed and even if I moved out of the area I would still keep them as my vet.
