Amazing experience. Got a couch there with the help of the wonderful sales associate Lyn and the two pleasant fellas that delivered it. Lots of colors to choose from. Took a few more days than the 5 weeks suggested, and the delivery was delayed by a day, but that's okay. They were able to give me an updated whenever I called. So cute and worth the wait!

Great furniture place! I bought a sofa here about a week ago except after they delivered it the next day, I decided it didn’t work in my apt. and thought I also liked another one. I called them and in two hours they picked up the first and delivered and setup the second - which i love. The delivery team were efficient and courteous. To top it off they called me a few hours later to let me know that I had overpaid by $250 and promptly refunded my card. Where do you find such excellent service these days? Parliament Furniture!

Bonus we got free same day delivery and assembly free of charge because we were in downtown. Will recommend the place.

Wow! I had the best experience here! Lyn was amazing and helped me with everything. And they delivered to my new apartment the same day! The gentlemen who set up my futon and delivered my other items were awesome and so funny!!5 stars aren’t enough, this is the best place to shop, and I’ll recommend them to everyone.

Great experience. We moved to 210 Oak street in April and bought a sofa bed and love seat from them. From the moment we walked in, we were courteously assisted and not rushed. Delivery of our furniture was done professionally and right on time. A great gem of a place. Thanks for all your help. No extra charge for choosing your preferred color and also no delivery charge. Amazing.

They were friendly and answered all my questions fully. The box spring I bought from them is solid and good quality. It was also locally made and that was a great selling feature. I would buy from them again.
