Ordered parts for an old bandsaw. Very helpful until I decided to cancel my order. Was told I had to pay a restocking fee....The original order was $151 and the restocking fee was $90. They took $90 without batting an eye. For nothing!I won't be dealing there again.

Make assumptions for causes of damage that exclude warranty coverage despite multiple admissions of events leading to tool malfunction. Should have their rigid warranty centre contract revoked.

Bought some parts here, received them within a few days. Friendly and helpful girl working at the front, had a great experience. I recommend this place if you need parts.

If you don't want to see your tools for an entire season, take them here for repairs. Took a month to get parts delivered and was told that, some people have waited 6 months".No thanks. If I'd have known

I had a Ryobi chainsaw that would not start. Ryobi said Pryde is a service dealer so I took it there. They charged $80 to look at it and a couple of weeks later called to say repair and parts were $90 which I agreed to. When I picked it up the gentleman said try it within 15 days and if there are issues bring it back. Within 10 days I went to start it and 2 pulls the chord would not retract. Had it since 2015 this never happened before. So I took it back the lady said we just worked on that, I will print off paperwork and put it in as a rework. I said ok and left not signing anything. Then I got a call it was done I had to pay $40 looked like I pulled it too hard. I said I am 63 with a bad shoulder doubt that was the issue he got off the phone to see and come back said I owed $40. I told him to keep the saw which they did I was not paying. When I called Ryobi they never heard of that on one of their units. Working to have Ryobi remove them as a service centre and looking for new chainsaw!

I was just in this store to get a replacement nut for a tool. As I was leaving one of the girls working at the counter said we hope we never see you again". I did nothing to warrant such a statement. They are very rude and I hope I never see them again!"

First time calling for parts, was not adept with machines and therefore was treated with a shortness of patience. Very likely I will never be calling on again.

This company is outstanding. I have a lot of Milwaukee tools that carry a five year warranty. Anytime I need one warrantied they are amazing at getting it fixed right and back in my hands so I can continue to use them for my job everyday. Breanne is very polite and is exact on the time it takes to get back to me.They have such a great supply of any tool needed to complete jobs. I refer all my coworkers to Pryde industrial for the great customer service.

6 months after dropping off our machine for repair still not done.Spoke with Cory Pryde the owner and received nothing but poor attitude and name calling.You’re better off trying to fix your machine yourself than relying on this company. 1/5 stars and would rate lower if I possibly could.

Toyota Rav 4 (CJMX344 )drives like a mad man. Running red's and aggressive. If they work like they drive stear clear.
