Ordered egg and cheese muffin and they gave egg and sausage muffin. We do not eat pork and it was a big thing for us. I had one of my family member ate half of it without knowledge and then I accidentally checked it. I am so annoyed and angry at the moment because it hurt our religious feelings and the amount of guilt i am facing can't be described. PORK is a big NO for us and terrible mistake on their part to pack wrong order. Never ever going to order anything from this store again. Worst experience.

Went to get coffee this morning before work pulled up to the drive through window all I got was “hello”, terrible customer service. They also messed up my coffee I asked for a shot of vanilla in my double double their was no vanilla at all and I still got charged for it also unless coffee prices have gone up I got charged $3.12 instead of the usual 2.35 I pay when I get vanilla put in it. I go here often too and they usually mess up my order or are just to lazy to put a shot of vanilla in. Will not be going back again unless management takes control of their staff it’s the worst rated Tim’s in airdrie clearly for a reason.

Team has difficulty with preparing bagels, pretty simple toast it and spread some butter on it. Have thrown out as many as I've eaten, management needs to train staff on preparing food with some sort of level of quality instead of focusing on how many cars can we pump through per hour; I finally give up...won't be back again, good luck, hopefully this helps get something changed but reading other reviews on food quality leads me to believe that management at this location doesn't really care.

These guys never seem to be able to get an order right 9 times out of 10 I have to go back to get my order corrected because it's never right. I ordered a latte tonight and all they did was put 2 tea bags and hot water, it's not even close to what a lot is supposed to be.

Negative infinity stars... 2/28/19 5:45 am; we ordered 2 medium black coffees 1 sugar, got plain black coffees; with 2 bacon sausage belts no cheese, got a sausage belt with cheese and veggies on the side!Absurdly ridiculous service; whats next?Food PoisoningAGAIN NOT FULL.. Dont pay $3.50 for part of a product! Complaining to corporate & BBB! Absolutely the worst location... Slower than molasses, orders are always wrong on a black one sugar coffee! Staff are usually speak in a non Canadian dialect, often speaking it to customers as if we’re supposed to understand them. WTH is going on in the coffee industry DEFINITELY DONT FILL THE CUPS

I don’t usually write reviews but this worst service has compelled me to do so. I have been going to this location for a few months now and somehow the whole staff is never on the same page. There’s literally lineups in the front and they are just busy doing their things . Even if they aren't doing anything they just look at you but never serve you until someone who is assigned to take the front customers shows up.On top of that they sometimes charge you for adding something and sometimes they don’t and when you question it they make it seem like you're wrong. I do-not mind paying for adding anything extra but at-least be on the same page. I remove three things from my wrap and only want to replace it with one thing but they still charge you and sometimes they don’t. So major training and communication issues for sure.

Fairly good but sometimes the orders get messed up due to speed..Customer service is really poor. Quality of food very low.. and almost always takes an eternity to get your order.Also saw flies crawling on their donuts in the display.. so buyer beware.*update.. Just tried here again to see if it's improved.. Bagel I got appears to be moldy??*latest update: there usually seems to be 1 or 2 people 'working' who just aimlessly wander around the back getting in peoples way.. and not helping at all. Pretty sad to see.

I've been ordering Café Mocha since I was in high school and this is the only location that never puts any cream on top. Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons surpassing the one off McKnight in NE Calgary as when I called to tell them they had the nerve to argue with me. Absolutely the worst customer service.Well I might be one customer but maybe one person will read this and it will be two that will no longer go to your business.

Lowest rated Tim Hortons, I wonder why??? Headquarters needs to do do inspection at this location ...Someone please explain to management what toasted means. This is how bagels, English muffins or anything you ask to be be toasted for minimum 30 seconds looks like. Hold up drive thru and triple check your order before leaving!! I dread ordering anything other than coffee because my order is NEVER right and always rushed. Looking at the reviews you think upper management would want to listen to customers and do something about it.
