DON’T GO THERE! I left a dress there for 3 weeks. All that needed to be fixed was wrong.They told me to come back in a week without talking any mesures to fix what was wrong.When I came back the next week, they haven’t even touched the dress and had no clue who told me to come back. The place is very disorganized and the service is mediocre. I Had to rush somewhere else to fix that mess.Save yourself some time. There’s no expert there like the sing says.

Great service and great quality work. It usually costs $100 to have an off the rack suit tailored to my body and I leave with what is pretty much a custom made suit. I bring every suit I buy to him because he’ll find a way to make it look even better.

We bought a custom-made sherwani (Indian wear) for my out-of-town father-in-law in anticipation of our wedding day. He was able to try it on only two days before the wedding, and we were horrified to see that the final product was way off the measurements the original vendor had taken (see first two photos). We came to Nick in a panic two days before the wedding. He shared our disappointment in the poor craftsmanship and helped us with major emergency alterations, with little notice. The alterations were perfect (see last photo) and we can't thank Nick and his staff enough for contributing to the success of our wedding.

I don’t even know what to say. My 12 year old daughter has a party tonight. We picked up the dress (we should have tried it on before leaving) we get home and try it on 15 minutes later and it was too short. We called and asked if we could come in to see if it can be fixed. We were told that there was nothing to do and that we can’t come back to even try. At least they could have let us try, instead our daughter is crying, and we have no options. Even the way it was dealt with over the phone was extremely disappointing

A friend recommended Nick to me and I have been a devout client ever since. His work is meticulous, efficient and his prices are very fair. He is a charismatic tailor and I always enjoy our conversations! Ευχαριστό !

I had an excellent experience getting dress pants repaired and a suit jacket tailored for a good price. The pants have a new life and the jacket fits exactly as it should. I am saving other clothes of mine to bring there instead of going out and replacing them with new ones.

I needed a zipper replaced on a cardigan. I had been to several other places in Snowdon & N.D.G. and got variety of responses like just throw it out and buy another one" and other helpful comments. The price was always the same: $40. Nick took a look and said " maybe it's just the clasp". It was

They did a good job with alterations, but unfortunately very poor customer service. I purchased a coat in hopes to get the extended length of the sleeve, and I meant to simply bring it back to the store if it was not possible. I mentioned that it needed a 2 inch extension, only for me to get it back with him having it extended to .75 inches. When I brought it back, he said that it was the most that he could do, and I reminded him that I would have not gone ahead with the alterations in the first place if he had told me that it was not possible the fabric that we had. I would have understood, and this was the reason why I was relying on a professional's advice in the first place.On top of that he has also removed the labels that were intact, so not only do I have a coat with sleeves lengths that are too short, but I am not longer able to return the merchandise. Quite rare that I provide poor reviews. He might deliver quality work, but will not be coming back due to the poor customer service.

The owner is all honey, sugar and lies. He is good, slow and expensive. Do not believe any promises he makes to you, as he only cares for your money. and once he has it all niceties go out the window.
