CIBC Branch with ATM

We weren’t fluent in English and weren’t really sure what we wanted to do,but Yazdan assisted us creating an account and finding out what’s the best option for us. He had been very welcoming to help us and it meant a lot, thank you!

Updated on May 20th.2022 !I think I was the first customer gave 5.0 star to this branch on google review a year ago! Due to I had a really good experience with this brunch before, I admit the branch manager( new manager that I have never met before ) to transfer me to this brunch with a new advisor Piyush ( new advisor I have never met before ) on April 29th. 2022! However, after transfer, I could not reach any of them, called my new Advisor Piyush 3 times and left 3 voice messages about Mortage in 2 weeks , no calls back, could not make any appointment with him online calendar neither! Emailed branch manager, however, got her email back in 2 weeks later! now I realized what a wrong decision I made!I am so surprised that they only got 2.9 rating on google reviews. Everyone I spoke with from this branch, provides excellent customer service, and took the time to answer all of my questions.I have lost my wallet, and ask them to issue an new bank card for me without ID on July 26th. The attention to detail provided by the front desk guy( forgot to ask his name) was impressive and he is a fine ambassador for the company.Ralph Jumawan helped me for all my requests. His service is smooth,straightforward and save me a lot of time. His service was spot on.Overall, Fantastic location! Excellent customer service! Efficient process!

this branch is my go-to branch, the staff there are always so friendly and willing to help. Although sometimes it gets busy in lunch hour, the line get cleared up very quickly. The branch itself is very clean and neat. Definitely the best CIBC branch in downtown.

My wife and myself opened an account at this branch, and we got excellent service from Yazdan - he was very patient and answered all of out questions and helped us a lot.After few days our Credit cards was ready for pickup.We came to pick them up, and Sam greeted us and welcomed us to her cabinet.Sam started explaining us all that is related to the cards - and since we are new to Canada, she sat with us about half an hour and gave us tips regarding how to get things done.We enjoyed the conversation with her very much as she is truly nice person with great sense of humor.After we were done, it turned out she was the manager.... We had no idea, we just had a nice and helpful conversation like people should.I don't know what the future will bring, but until now, the experience with this branch was beyond expectations - I hope it will continue this way.

0 star. Their credit card pick up system is just terrible. They have no idea when it was delivered. No phone call to notify me to pick up. I called, but no one anwser except recorded voice. So I left a message asking for call back and simply ignored. I wasted time visiting multiple times. Total mess. To manager, treat your customers’ time valuable. They are all busy people with their own businesses.

My husband and I opened bank accounts. Kia bank consultant is very friendly, calm, knowledgeable person. He quickly opened the accounts for us and explained everything clearly. Thanks for the great service. Will definitely recommend this branch to others.

Wow... I've never seen such excellent customer service. This branch's essence has been intertwined with teamwork. Last Monday, I contacted the branch to inquire about the mortgage requirements. They responded quickly and went above and beyond my expectations. Yazdan and the branch manager offered me some tips on how to acquire a better mortgage rate.

I am greatly pleased with the service and financial advice I received from this branch. Such a pleasant experience where the branch manager actively engages with clients and the advisors. I would definitely come back to this location and make recommendations to my family and friends!

I opend my account.Banker who speaks Korean is kind instructions and make me understand.I'm studying English now so he explained slowly and clearly.And all receptionists are also nice kind.

Useless bank, i don’t even understand why this location even exists. You can’t deposit any cash, the tellers are glorified ATM babysitters.
