STAY AWAY from renting here. Especially the place currently for rent as its completely mold infested. (See my pictures to see mold and repairs") The owners live in Ontario and could care less about tenants or conditions of their trailers. They have a "handyman" who runs the park and isnt even competent in basic repairs. We started noticing a musty moldy smell in July in our rental and notified the "handyman" about it. He told us hed tell the owners and look in to it. Nothing was ever actually done and we were just told it was the humid summer weather. Fast forward to December we have a severe mold problem in the house. The owners REFUSED to send in a professional mold company and sent in the "handyman" because they "already pay him to take care of the place" All he did to "fix" the problem was strip the paint on the wall and repaint it. He didnt even remove the baseboards still loads of mold under them and even worse the subfloor is moldy and actually starting to rot. Since the repairs werent done right I asked if theyd have air testing done because we have 2 young children at home one being a newborn and we wanted to make sure if they wouldnt fix the mold it was atleast safe for our kids to be breathing the air. They also refused to do this. We have great employment are quiet and paid rent on time our whole tenancy. These owners do not care at all about their tenants. STAY AWAY"
