I would like to give 5 but wanted to be honest to myself because I don't like dirty and messy especially the washrooms which quite dirty and messy maybe they were busy at lunch time because we got there around 1:30 pm which everyone left so only us there. Only one lady there to take care of everything so look like she didn't have time to do everything herself. But all the foods we ordered all delicious. The girls had fun. First time to try kids cafe like that so if keeps the place clean too. I will give 5 stars

Not sure how this place has such high reviews. The level of cleanliness is unacceptable for a place that caters to toddlers and infants. During the 1.5hrs I was there, I witnessed the lady coughing at the front cash without covering her mouth, then touching the register and food. About 4 groups left while my infant and I were here and not a single table was wiped down. Chairs and tables are just scattered about. Thank goodness I brought my own Lysol wipes. The floor was dirty (crumbs). The play area is cramped and many toys either broken or needs battery replacements. Scuffs on the play structure and the toys definitely have not been wiped down in awhile. When I left, even after she knew the age of my baby (under 12 months), she tried to charge me the kids price. I had to correct her as I was being upcharged. Did not order any food or drinks during my time there as I was not comfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Therefore, I cannot speak to the quality of food or drinks. For $7-$9/kid, I’d rather go to Oh My Land Club or Morgan Play Center. WAY cleaner and much more to do.

DO NOT GO. I saw the high reviews and went but it turns out they were from when the old owners were managing. The new owners are rude and just cares about money. They charged my 9 month old $7 just to play with dirty worn out toys for 20min and will charge you an extra $18 if you stay over 2 hours without telling about the fee. All the toys are gross and looks like it hasn't been wiped down in years. Carpet was dirty as well. The lady servicing us had a very rude tone and not a single smile. She spoke with an Indian accent that was hard to understand and when we asked to clarify she just raised her Voice and yelled at us. The coffee was as expensive as Starbucks and tasted watered down. $6.75 for a watered down ice coffee. Do not go. Go to Abby play center. It's not that far away and is 10x better. Also free for kids under 1yr

Kids Play Cafe
on a gray and rainy day your child is bored inside your house?! Well then this neighborhood cafe is your salvation!! I found it by chance close to home, it's a small and cozy place in my opinion, it has great coffee and good options on the kids menu. The owner of the cafe is a very friendly and helpful lady. I ask you please, if one day you who are reading show up at the place, respect the rules and take off your shoes to hang in the kids area!

This place has potential but unfortunately there is a lot that can be improved. Still my LO loved it. Especially the ride on toys.My first impression was that it looked a little dirty. Toys and small furniture are worn down as other reviews have mentioned. It doesn't really look like the tables, chairs and toys are wiped down regularly. You're not supposed to wear shoes but i really wanted to due to the condition of the floor.However the reason for my subpar rating is the fact that the concrete floor is VERY slippery. We witnessed a 3 year old wipe out and smack her face HARD. She wasn't running fast and she also had the nonslip socks. It is very concerning and I did mention it to the owner who said that they can't change it because the toys won't roll on any sort of anti slip. As a parent that is NO excuse. Safety of children, first. Functionality can be figured out, I'm sure.So please if you read this replace your flooring to ensure little children stay safe

We celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at this place and it was amazing. When we arrived at the place it was all set and ready for the party. I recommend their birthday package to anyone who wants to have a small and simple kid’s birthday party that their child and friends would enjoy. The place is secured and safe for the kids. It was an amazing experience. I would like to thank Nalini and her family for preparing the place.

Kids Play Cafe
I took my 1.5 year old here on Thursday morning and it was super fun and relaxing! The space is small enough that you could enjoy a coffee while still interacting and playing with your little one. Obviously no food or drink in the play area but the tables were set up in a useful manner. Lots of great toys to play with as well.Will definitely be coming here again for a coffee and play date.

I was extremely shocked when I left at the cost for just over 2 hours. I also had to pay admission for my baby of 12 months. Beware that if you stay just past the time limit of 2 hours you are charged for admission again. The price of food was outrageous, and disappointing. There is nothing special about this place the competition is McDonald’s. The customer service is poor, the environment is poor and the food is basic. I left feeling sick at how much I had paid. Very disappointed. I will never return. My total was $80.00 for myself an infant and my 3 year old.Admission is 9.00 per kid per every 2 hours no matter the age.A cup of tea is 4.50Kids Mac and cheese 5.50Kids pizza 7.50Kids milkshake 6.00Juice box 2.25A small wrap with no side 14.50

We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday.The play area is safe and enriched with educational as well as other interesting toys.The cafe is so well-equipped for kids and adults.It’s so clean and vibrant!The owners of the cafe are such warm hosts.They arranged delicious Indian snacks(Vada Pav and Dhokla) for us.Their menu does have a balanced variety of quality food and drinks otherwise.Their service is flawless!Our favourite cafe to relax a bit while we don’t have to run around our kids.
