SKS is full of wonderful, talented individuals. I support an individual who is deaf an nonverbal and we attended their martial arts fitness class on a drop-in basis (sadly they don't offer this class anymore). They are committed to making sure all participants are treated as equals, and that everyone completes a great work out. They provided an outstanding class and a family-like environment. We were very pleased with all of the talented coaches that we had the opportunity to learn from.

I love this place and all the instructors. I joined the family class because of my daughter who was very shy. The first month we did the trial program. At the beginning she was counting the days to finish our trial. Then suddenly she changed. She totally fell in love with Karate and this place. Now every time I tell her we have Karate in Evening, I hear YAAAAY"!!. She has even asked to do her birthday party in Sealy Karate and asked me to move to adults class since she feels confident to be alone. I myself enjoy every session of karate. Thanks Sealy Karate team for the Awesome job!"

We enrolled our daughter 8 months ago to try and raise her self confidence a bit and to help with some bullying problems at school. Both of those goals were achieved in the first month or two. Now her goal is a black belt. Great staff, great program. The team is excellent at what they do and our daughter loves it.

My 4 and a half-year old started a couple of months ago and it is going very well! The focus on discipline and respect are helping out on the home front, and he gets his energy out. The teachers are of really high quality and im impressed by the professional nature and how this organisation is run. Recommended to me by a friend and I also recommend it highly.

The staff at Sealy karate are clearly very dedicated to each and every student. Our child has flourished and found a special part of herself thru karate, and she has been so storngly supported at Sealy Karate. I would strongly recommend to anyone!

I attended Sealy Karate 20 years ago at the age of 6. I stupidly gave up the hopes and dreams I had of obtaining a black belt once I hit yellow. I was very misbehaved growing up. Giving this art up was one of the worst mistakes of my life. There wasn't a day that went by I didn't look at the photos of the past and not thunk about it. I recently began my journey again and am 101% committing to my black belt AND further. Best karate dojo and teachers in Guelph and area. Definitely give it a try, you won't regret it.

Sealy Karate School - Team SKS Martial Arts
Sealy has been an outstanding experience for my son. We enrolled him because he needed to work on focus and after six months we have already noticed a difference. I love the way my son looks up to his Sensei as a role model. The staff bring so much enthusiasm to each lesson and are very supportive to the children. I must admit that karate was not my first choice as an extra-curricular activity, but my husband wanted to give it a try. I'm so glad we did, because it's physical, it's improved his focus, and best of all, he loves it - never an argument to go to karate!

My son joined in January and he loves going to SKS. All the instructors are fun and have taught him Discipline. Thomas has a smile on his face all class. My daughter can't wait to start once she is a bit older.I like that they teach him how to get away from a stranger if he were to be grabbed.His defense skills have improved incredibly, he shows respect. SKS builds character and develops positive courteous young people.I can't say enough about how wonderful they are!K. Kerfoot
