The company provided the work/life balance that I needed as a busy mom. The manager Lorna is just the sweetest, she is not only caring but also very knowledgable; she always had answers to my questions. I was introduced to Legacy through a common client who raves about their service and approach. I've inquired with Bob on a few bookkeeping and accounting issues and he's been very willing to share his time, knowledge and recommendations, even when it's free advice on a tool or software program that will help us reduce our bookkeeping admin and costs. He even recommended our project management tool to us; it's nothing to do with bookkeeping but he had learned through other clients about the tool that has been a great platform for us. Bob has a genuine passion for business growth and he shares it -- it's more than bookkeeping.

Bob Wang and his staff at Legacy have been great to work with. They are an innovative group and as solution based thinkers are able to provide thoughtful advice from a financial and systems standpoint. I see Legacy Advantage as a leader in the cloud bookkeeping space. They don't just push the boundaries of the traditional mold of bookkeeping they break it, recreate it and mold it into being a true difference maker for their clients (just look at the other reviews!). Bob has gone out of his way to help other bookkeepers in the industry by publishing a free e-book to help them streamline their processes too, a true leader! As a Business Development Manager with Intuit Canada (makers of QuickBooks and TurboTax) I am happy to see Bob and the rest of Legacy diligently working towards a successful vision for all involved. As an auditor of a common charity client, it was very easy dealing with Bob Wang and Jerry Tang of Legacy Advantage. They are knowledgeable in not-for-profit accounting especially in fund accounting for tracking various projects and programs. They were not only quick to respond to our request but also it’s the most important of all that they understand accounting language and get exactly what I requested for.
