Purchasing glasses is not easy for me. I do not have predefined ideas of what I want. Denise was patient with me and asked the right questions to help determine what frames and lenses would suit me best. I appreciated her expertise, insight, and approach to helping clients. I enjoyed the whole selection and purchase process and would recommend others use them.

I was given excellent service from start to finish. Dr. Toews was so patient and reassuring and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. And the ease in finding a pair of glasses was unreal. The gal helping me picked out about 4 pairs that she thought would suit me and it was stress free!! I would have never thought I'd say this but I'm excited to get my glasses❣️

Have been going to this clinic for 10ish years and have consistently had great experiences. I have a complicated prescription (two different astigmatisms, progressives, prisms, and a vastly different Rx strength in each eye) and have never had issues here. I appreciate the time that each doctor I've seen has put into helping me understand each part of the exam, and the opticians are always pleasant and helpful in finding new frames. I'm noticing a theme in reviews saying that glasses take too long to come in - but 2 or 3 weeks is very normal and reasonable, and picking them up has always been super easy. Strongly recommend this eyecare group, and specifically this clinic.

I’ve dealt with Dr Toews for years and he is very friendly professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service with all the employees.

Broke my glasses beyond repair, and cant listen to simple requests.I wanted the arms adjusted the first time I ever came in, they botched it so badly that the arm broke a day after I left due to the stress of going back and forth to adjust them.So i got two brand new arms finally after waiting weeks, requested specifically for them to be stock and left alone once put onto my glasses. Then they decided to adjust them to the way they previously were.A week later the whole arm fell off, I dont wear these anywhere they could ever get broken as they're $650 glasses. I’m done with this optometrist clinic, i love the eye doctor with my whole heart but the receptionists are all brain dead, i’ve never once had a positive experience at the front.

Would definitely recommend YXE vision group. Got an appointment within 24 hrs of making my initial call. Staff were super nice to deal with particularly Dr. Laura and Denise B. They gave me time to explain what I needed and weren’t pushing extras or super expensive frames. If you need glasses see these guys they are really nice to deal with.

Dr. Wetzel is fantastic. Very focused on giving the best care to the patient based on their needs.My issue turned out to be more emergent than I realized and she worked hard to get me referred onward to minimize damage and/or pursue possible repair of the vision issue which brought me in to her.10/10 recommend her!

An amazing customer service experience. Denise B went over and beyond. From listening to my concerns about a warranty defect on my glasses to an hour follow up after. Dr. Lisa was thorough, didn't rush, explained what needed explaining and she was friendly. I was comfortable.Emily assisted me to pick out 2 new frames and was friendly, helpful, patient and explained what I needed to know. Didn't mind me asking more questions and re-adjusted the frames to my satisfaction, all the while maintaining a friendly, calm demeanor. Very happy so far that I've selected Stonebridge Eyecare for my eye care needs!

Shauna was so helpful and lovely. She took the time to make sure my glasses were exactly right. The lenses needed some adjustments. All the staff are friendly and they come up to you to make sure someone is helping you. I’m very happy with the service, the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff.
