Amazing people, stellar customer service, as well as high quality and ethically sourced products keep me coming back to Floc again and again. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are so helpful in providing advice and suggestions and whether in person or online, the owners and staff consistenly go above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. I also love that the store features the work of local artisans who make beautifully unique handmade goods.

Walked by Floc today with my mom and my two dogs. We stopped to admire the coats in the window as we had been searching for something similar. We didn’t think we could go in but one of the ladies there, who’s name we found out to be Crystal, waved us in! She told us the store was puppy friendly and to come on in for a look. She was so kind and helpful and her personality made the experience incredible! We left with two items that we had been searching for and couldn’t be happier!! I look forward to shopping there again soon. Thanks Crystal and Brooke!!

FLOC is incredible! They aren’t just about getting the sale, they are wanting you to look good and love what you buy. The people are amazing!They support in and out of the store! They know and love local and support their competition because they understand the work that goes into it. They are incredible!

My absolute favourite store in Edmonton. I always feel welcome when I come in. Chelaine and all the staff are so helpful. They can always help me find a piece that suits my style and will work with my current wardrobe. I'm always satisfied with my purchases.
