It was my first time going and the lady who is working there was very rude to me and showed little to no proper customer service. She was nicer/ smiling with other customers, even with my friend who came with me. I felt discriminated against. She gave very rude and short answers when I asked her about the menu and refused to give extra hot sauce when I asked (she gave us 2 small packets). If you are a person of colour (especially a black woman), stay away. The food itself was ok, nothing special or great.

Hey Aylmer don't order from Super WokI don't agree with slamming Restaurants.But tonights Order being late and no noodles in our chow mein .I called to complained and was told chow mein does not mean noodle . I happen to speak Cantonese and Mandarin as well as I can read it. Pictures included both our Olde menu and new , new is red background.Don't order from them no attempt to correct order person was rude like I did not look know what to was talking about .Shame on them . I tipped the driver though that was when I ordered likely they won't get the tip.You have to pay cash or Credit card just save your self money and don't order from Super Wok in Aylmer at all.Don't order from these people

Wonderful food and wonderful service. The wait times are less then wonderful. Even when ordering in advance the food is always ready much, much later then promised. For me, the wait is worth it even if I end up waiting 30 to 40 minutes longer then my pick up time. But for someone on a schedule, it might not be the best option.

Always loved this place, however, we noticed lately food is not as good as previous, also door into kitchen is filthy…if people can see this who knows what is on the other side?? carpet dirty etc will not be going back there, huge disappointment

Not sure what's going on. We used to love this place. Staff are friendly. Food was not as good as it used to be. I was told my pick up order would be 40 minutes and it was an hour. Egg rolls were very much over cooked. Food was bland. I know they were busy, but the food shouldn't taste different because of that. Not going to be in a hurry to go back.

Have now ordered a couple of times, unfortunately each time we have been disappointed. Food is lacking any flavour, and is excessively salty. All of the beef options seem to have very little beef and those dishes are filled with mostly undercooked vegetables. Chicken Balls were okay, but would not recommend anything else.

I heard good things about this place decided to drive from St Thomas just to get it. Let’s just say i wont be making the trip again. The chow mein taste like dirt so idk if they didn’t wash the bean sprouts or not but this is usually my favorite part of Chinese food. The rice was under cooked. The only part that was just ok was the chicken balls. Soooo disappointed for spending 24$ This picture is what I’m throwing out.
