Harvey has been absolutely awesome to deal with. He's been very helpful with my jetta tdi. It would have been recycled long ago if it weren't for Harvey. He clearly has a better understanding of German cars then most shops I've dealt with. Seems to me a lot of shops chase problems on German cars and guess their way through the fix. Harvey has always diagnosed the problem correctly and when he fixes it, its actually truly fixed. I drive from niagara region to go to this shop. Sounds crazy but he's that good!

Harvey is great! This is the only shop I will ever trust taking my Audi or Volkswagen to. He is always focused on the root of the problem and not fixing symptoms. He does not rush his work and makes sure that the problem is fixed before he gives you the car back. Highly recommend!

Harv is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic I've met. He is the only mechanic I trust with my Audi. He is very thorough with his diagnostics and focuses on getting to the main cause of the problem, instead of fixing symptoms. He will continue to be the only mechanic I trust with my families vehicles!
