Over priced so called professional beauty supplier. Almost full priced goods..not a real supplier. Always out of items..or very low stock. Sally beauty, it's sister chain store..publically open, often has same goods @ less cost, do your homework if you are planning on reselling retail items. The prices are just shy of full retail. I receive monthly pro flyers to my email..always in US DOLLARS???? WHY? I signed up in Canada! Really terrible!So sorry to add...most staff poorly trained..they don't have experience or training to give proper advice.

Awful customer service. I purchased a maria Nila shampoo, conditioner, and lotion set here. I purchased it cause the staff member told me to purchase it over a few other products I was going to purchase. Long story short the soft shampoo and conditioner I used it all of twice and my hair feels awful,dry, and my husband got really bad dandruff. They refused to exchange it for anything else which I think is ridiculous. Any other supplier I have gone to would have gladly exchanged the product. Especially if it was there employee that recommended it. I won't be giving this supplier my business ever again. Go to modern or West coast beauty. Way better service.

This negative review is solely for my experience from my most recent visit on June 23, 2023 around noon.Normally, there is a woman with dark red hair and glasses who is amazing, very knowledgeable and cheerful but today when I visited the store with my coworker and her mother, I had the unfortunate experience of coming across a different associate who was an older woman with white hair.I could not BELIEVE the amount that this woman followed me around and made it blatantly obvious that she was not only watching me, but following me around every twist and turn of the store. It was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. At one point I asked her if they carried the rest of a certain line in the store and she scoffed then tried to correct me and suggested that I meant an entirely different supply store instead. After this interaction, she continued to follow me down different isles and stand at the ends, watching me look at nail polishes. I find this behavior so gross and unacceptable as an employee from Sally Beauty, CosmoProf's sister store, which is located a couple doors down from this location. No customer deserves to be followed that uncomfortably closely. Especially after already engaging with the associate multiple times. So unprofessional. I would have made a purchase but I could not even think or feel like I could pick up a product with this woman nearly breathing down my neck.

Tried to sign up to get my Cosmo card. A middle aged lady at the front was very rude and refused to help me sign up online. She made me feel like she didn’t believe that I am a licensed stylist. I went to the Cosmo by hillside who were HAPPY to help me sign up on their tablet. I hesitate to shop at this one in Millstream, awful customer care.
