Pat is a very skilled RMT. I started seeing him because of an ICBC accident, and I'll continue going because he is so friendly, professional, and really helps me feel better! He seems to really know what spots to hit to offer my muscles a great release. I'm in my mid-60's and really trust him to take excellent care of me.

I booked in with Pat while in Vernon on business, in great pain. From the drive through farms and orchards to get there, to arriving at his clean and calm studio, every bit of this was relaxing and professional. Pat listened carefully and assessed things thoroughly, then went to work melting my soreness away. Highly recommended!

Idlewild Health Studio
Pat is very talented, knowledgeable, and passionate at what he does. I was a bit hesitant to go to a male massage therapist at first but he is extremely professional and made me feel comfortable right away. He is able to explain what he is doing in a way that makes me feel like I am actively part of my own healing process. I always leave feeling much more knowledgable, empowered and, of course, relaxed.
