I have been in contact or trying to be in contact with this company for months now, they have to have the worst customer service I have ever had. I have been trying to order two doors from them and they never return my calls and take weeks to get an email back. They are the only company who supplies the door I want, but at this point I may switch to a different door just so I can get better service. Stay away if you can.

Totally rude employee today , blocking my driveway the way he parked , asked the neighbour to ask him to move his truck , cannot quote what he told her, he did not move his truck , blocked my garbage pickup also , company has sure gone down hill .

I used Winnipeg door&gate on 2 jobs with Cal as my sales rep the results were very good work and a fair price. The third time was not the charm with Jeff as the sales rep. He charged me $800 for a single car door installation and I supplied the opener! When i called to question him about it he chuckled. I've steered a few people away due to this and would be leary of using this outfit. You take your chances with this outfit! R. Phillips.
