All repairs and requirements are totally explained, you are given a price and a report with pictures of what needs to be done and why. Did a swap of winter tires on rims to summer tires on rims. They also did balancing. Staff was friendly and customer service was excellent. I will be going to this location going forward for all my tire needs.

This review is late in coming. But in February, I picked up a nail in my tire, limped in for help. Even though they were really busy, they told me to sit tight. about 20 minutes later they had fixed the flat and had me on my way again. And to top it off it was all free as the Tire had a warranty with it.Super helpful and REALLY appreciated!

Very detailed, accommodating and fast. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and good prices. I travel all the way from Markham for this specific Active Green and Ross because they have very good customer service and they do a really good job. I highly recommend this location.
