This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They continue to take payments after my policy was canceled and refuse to refund me. Users be ware, if you are unlucky enough to be dealing with this scam artist company, be sure to contact the bank and have them removed from your auto deposit since they neglect proper business practices and scam people out of their money.

Worst company to deal with. Opted out of my extended warranty and it’s been nothing but a headache. I wasn’t told about a discrepancy pertaining to the cancellation of my extended warranty until I reached out to them. When the discrepancy was finally dealt with, I was told I would receive a cheque shortly with my refund. I still haven’t received my cheque. I try to contact the employees via phone that have been emailing me back and every time I call, nobody picks up the phone. Most unprofessional company. DO NOT agree to an extended warranty through this company. You will deeply regret it.

Worst Insurance and scam…We already cancelled our insurance last December 2021 and on 14th of July they sent us email to pay 430.
