Rude service. Took 5 minutes for the person in the back to finally tell the one in drive thru to pay attention to the front. I was picking up an order that was supposed to have been ready 5 minutes before I entered, I waited 7 more minutes. When I opened it at home I was very disappointed. Pictured below is what I paid 15 dollars for. Taste burnt and oily, obviously the chicken has been sitting for awhile.

Cashier does not listen correctly, and does not know what the products are. Waited 25 minutes, asked wheres my order. He replied telling me they served other peoples orders, instead of mine in the order placed. Sloppy attitude, lazy service. Got the food, its ice cold. Told staff, they lied and said they warmed it. Just lies. Got a partial refund, and they refused to refund the rest.

Ordered delivery and was 30 min longer than they said it would be. Took a hour and 15 min. Food was cold and the chicken tasted like it had been in a rubber fight and lost so was really rubbery. Obviously cooked more than once. Plus no utensils to use. Called back to complain and was hung up on. Owner of KFC should shut that place down from the other reviews I have read. Wish I would have read them first before ordering!!

Absolutely terrible. They mess up there orders more then half the time, plus they are so slow. It's fast food not a restaurant. Yes I actially went there like 10 times to actually give a accurate review.

Every single time I come here it takes at least ten to twenty minutes to get my food, and they make us wait in the front and the parking lot is tiny and often full of other people who are waiting. I will not be returning; I never have this issue at any other KFC in the city and you would think if it’s a chicken restaurant they wouldn’t have to scramble to cook chicken for every customer.

Don’t waste your money I ordered 4 pieces of chicken they were black and taste it burned oil please change your oil weekly not monthly. I asked for hot sauce the guy at the cashier said we don’t have hot sauce what kind of service is this. Not recommended don’t go here.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Being that it’s my second time in 9 months having unfavourable experiences at this location, there won’t be a third.At first the customer service wasn’t the greatest, then I waited 14 mins for one item. It’s kind of hard to tell, but for reference it was the Chicken Bowl.The food looked very off putting, was cool, had 3 pieces (instead of 10) popcorn chicken, did not have corn, and the gravy was tasteless.Following that unfortunate dinner experience, I attended the KFC off 178 ST & 100 AVE (Edmonton) and was able to enjoy a meal that not only looked great, but actually tasted great.The photos show the comparison between the two orders I had at the two locations.While I was truly disgusted by the meal, upon returning it, I was granted a refund.

We stopped here for chicken and they asked us to pull up so they could take others orders. We did and waited. Then the card that we’re behind us started getting their food. So I went in asked what was happening. The counter staff had no idea what our order was. The window order taker confirmed the order and they started putting together the order. Half an hour after the order was placed we got our order. We were offered extra gravy.I left with what I presumed was the full order and drove home. When I got there I was told by my wife that we were still missing the chicken strips. I went back and they redid the order. They had no idea what was missing. They offered a free pop.I never accepted the free pop nor the gravy. I highly recommend you never go to a kfc in Edmonton. Popeyes is on 109 street near Jasper.

As of late, this restaurant has improved significantly (customer-service wise; the young man behind the counter took the time to listen to my order and ask questions if he did not accurately hear me the first time). No longer are things 'to stay' boxed and the prices for chicken are somewhat more reasonable (that is, more likely if a coupon is used) and they have a variant of the toonie tuesday deal they used to have (sans the fries).I noticed the quality of the chicken is much fresher and the value to price has caught up along with employees taking initiative to serve customers—instead of letting things sit on the counter between the kitchen and service counter. They actually ask if you want ketchup and do not charge extra for this. I also notice that they keep their restaurant seating areas and washroom are much cleaner than they used to be. Definitely will return more often. Good job!

Everything was great, nice to see they are putting in the effort again. I know it's fast food but it's nice when it seems like the management cares. Keep providing the same food that is nostalgic to my childhood and employing members of our community. Thanks all!
