I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional encounter than the one I experienced at Tiger Auto Parts. The receptionist Sarah was extremely unprofessional upon discovery that they ordered me the wrong parts rather than the ones I requested. She was very rude when confronted on the situation and did not want to admit the companies wrong doing. Then when she finally accepted that they were in the wrong and had to reorder my parts she demanded I leave without apology. I will be filing a human rights claim against her and the company.

I am long time loyal customer of Tiger Auto Parts, it is the only auto parts company on whom I can rely completely for my vehicle's body parts. The customer service is amazing and so is the management. I had met with an accident in 2014 where the front bumper of my corolla 2010 was badly damaged. A friend of mine recommended to purchase the bumper from Tiger Auto Parts as she is also long time customer of Tiger Auto Parts. Not only I got bumper as the best price but was also surprised by the courteous customer service provided by the Sales Department. Tiger Auto parts gave me a fair price on the bumper without having to negotiate.Overall had wonderful experience and I would recommend Tiger Auto Parts to purchase all the body parts for your vehicle. They carry body parts for all types of models at a very competitive price.

You may not sell used parts anymore but you used to I have invoice to prove it.

Absolute worst company to deal with. They will lie and cheat you out of your money. We ordered a 4g63t engine, which we were told was for a 2001. They sent a motor from a 96, which we cannot install in the car. We attempted to contact them via email with absolutely no response. So now we have a pretty much useless engine sitting here and are out $3400. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy hassle and headache.

Complete sham, spent four thousand bucks on a version 4 STI front clip and was sent motor and transmission only on a pallet. Intercooler was cracked motor lasted 19 miles before realizing a spun bearing. The wiring harness was snipped in half so I had to send it to I wire for another $900 to repair and by the time I got it back my return window was over. One of the bold words in the original post literally said complete wire harness. stay the hell away from these guys PayPal was useless in trying to rectify this since I was over the 7 Day return policy. Even though it took 19 days to ship via Freight to me

I bought a Motor from these guys last summer(Figured id write this review now so everyone is aware now that its build season), and they sent it over in horrible condition. Broken sensors missing parts etc. Worst of all, it had a BENT valve, and later found out at the shop that the Camshaft was warped.. Contacted them and the Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Took for ever to respond, after about 30 emails back and forth, they sent back $150. GREAT! However, the cost to get this fixed at a shop was $1000+.. That was a huge blow on my end. Have all the receipts for the fix, as well as a video of the motor running once I got it in the car. Just was not happy in general with my experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time around.
