Great experience. Love the pre paid refill option. Professional and friendly personnel. For full size sedan I got Chrysler 300. Clean, low mileage awd car for this price was great. . Could not be happier

Lousy place to deal with. Rented a car and was told we could pick it up at nine am. They then called that morning and moved the time to four. Rented a mid size car and got a piece of garbage Corolla even though they said we were getting a Jetta. Reserved it ahead of time. They offered the car I already rented but wanted more money. Unscrupulous. Extremely dissatisfied. One thousand dollars to rent a total piece of garbage for a week.

Loved how helpful they were when I needed a certain type of vehicle very professional and very fast I actually go to the one on state a lot and I haven’t had any problems sense I been going there

We waited 3 moths to get our Daughter into a Doctor that would require a road trip. When I realized our car was working on a wheel bearing I simply made a reservation with a nearby Enterprise.Immediately I was uncomfortable because there was no way I could find to speak to the local counter. The agent abroad who took my reservation was very nice and answered all my questions, unfortunately what was happening at our local agency on State St. in Erie PA. was not the same as she was telling me.When we arrived they had no car for us, and tried to give our family a truck for our road trip, not acceptable as I didn't know how tight parking would be at the hospital.We left, driving to the next closest rental agency (who had no cars available) before stopping back. While we were gone a car came in, saving the day! So we began the rental process again only to find out they would not be open the following day for our return and we would be destined to pay an additional 3 days because they would be closed for the holiday.By this time we had literally minutes to leave and make our appointment, so I began frantically calling other rental agencies, none of which had a car available due to the holiday.Had I been able to SPEAK TO A LOCAL AGENT IN THE FIRST PLACE I would have simply called another agency and reserved a car ahead of time. We were instead forced to cancel the appointment at the last minute.Speaking to the local agency is a super way to communicate things like the size of vehicle required, and Oh

Awful place. Was literally robbed by this business!Even though insurance was paying for this car, I had to provide a debit card and was told a $50 hold would be put on my account for incidentals. I looked at my account one day and saw they had used my numbers and took $606.19 from me.while waiting to hear back from my insurance company I saw they helped themselves to another $86.60. When I called all they could say was huh don't know why that happened" I have been refunded the $606 but it's been a week and haven't gotten the $86 back.Also the car was out of inspection by 3months and the registration by 2 months (my fault for not seeing that before I was pulled over)Renter beware always use a secondary card with little money on it. I wish I had.......lesson learned"
