I found this place when booking a last minute trip to Tofino for some surf fun. I was offered a discount room because it was not updated" like the other rooms but it was still clean

Spacious suites with everything you need and clean.Really great customer service and chill atmosphere!It would be nice if the bedroom windows opened because it gets quite stuffy..and it's a shame to breathe that in when you could have fresh ocean air instead.The back of the property has a nice grassy area with a lovely wooden bench to soak in the view ahead.....just don't mind all the trailers scattered around it..it's a little trashy around the rear of the motel..but I think they are helping house locals working in the area that can't find reasonably priced accommodations.

My fiancé and I booked a weekend here for our honeymoon, and couldn’t have been happier the owners were friendly and personable and even upgraded our room for free , and left us a free gift , our room was clean , bright , spacious the bed was comfortable , the views are great and it’s close to everything in town, would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone headed to Tofino !!! Thanks again guys !

The company I work for put me up at the Mearse Vista Inn for about a month on and off. The service at the Inn was friggin amazing. Mandy is such a great person and her and her family have done so well with this hotel. I recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms are always clean and you feel so welcome coming to this place. Best customer service I've ever had. I'll definitely be staying here again and I recommend that you give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. Kudos goes to Mandy for the great service and for having such a comfy/warming hotel.

Highly highly recommend this motel! We originally booked 3 nights then added 2 additional nights because we were so happy there. Even 5 nights didn’t feel long enough. Great home base to explore Tofino and surrounding areas. Mandy is so welcoming and friendly and goes out of her way for her guests. The rooms are very clean, bed is comfy, and lots space with a good layout. Overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home, we will definitely be back!

Amazing stay and hosts. Mandy was very accommodating and had great communication. We had our kids with us, so they slept in the separate bedroom area, two super comfortable queen beds. The wife and I stayed in the living room area on a futon, also comfortable. All the beaches were super close. Such an amazing, locally operated motel. The shower was also amazing, renovated, and strong pressure. We'll be back!

I stayed here one night and had a very positive experience. Mandy, the Proprietor, reached out to me via text when I was getting late to check in, and waited for me till later in the evening to process the check-in.My room was ready, very clean and comfortable.The motel is clearly marked and easily found off the street.The location is off the main street going downtown and minutes away from all the action. All in all, I will not look to stay elsewhere on my next visit to Tofino.Thank you Mandy for your hospitality and kindness.
