Amazing customer service! The store is always clean and inviting. The staff are very knowledgeable and have helped me so much with all of my pet’s needs.

Contrary to other reviews, I find the service excellent here. It’s small and streamlined enough such that the owner is attentive to the needs of a returning customer such as myself and can keep stocked accordingly, as well providing ongoing recommendations as our dogs needs change.

The new owner of the Burlington location owns the store in Oakville and I have been shopping there for almost two years. Erin is knowledgeable, friendly and always eager to help, I have now followed her to the Burlington location as I live between the two. We have two rescue dogs who had some health issues when we adopted them and are now thriving on the food recommended (Iron Will Raw) by Erin.I highly recommend this location, both Erin and Elisa are amazing!!

I went into this store recently as I had a few questions about my dogs diet and some issues he was having. The lady that was working was an older lady with grey hair and wasn't helpful at all and didn't even acknowledge me when I came into the store. She came out from the back and then just stood behind the counter, I had to ask for help which she just didn't seem to have any answers for and not to mention her seeming frustrated with me asking for help.In speaking with some of my neighbors who have visited this location, almost all experienced the same issue with this specific lady, just rude, no customer service and unknowledgeable.I left and went to another store down the road that was way more helpful and knowledgeable.I will not go back there again, POOR customer service.If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very bad customer service. I called to find out information about a specific sale. A staff member gave me incorrect information about the sale. When i came into the store, they appeared to have made an error but did nothing to correct the mistake even when i emailed the owner. Ver bad service and very disappointed with the owners response. Will go elsewhere for the product i use.

The staff is so helpful and educated. As a first time dog owner during covid, we struggled with online shopping for our pooch but thankfully Bone & Biscuit was open, Shari educated us on so many different aspects of having a puppy and supplied us with everything we needed. My pooch and I love coming here, the staff and overall energy is very loving and warm.

First review I’ve ever written. My dog has had really severe itching and skin issues for the past 1.5 years. The two different vets I’ve been to countless times haven’t done much. As a first time costumer, Tanya was extremely helpful and showed me many different food options for my dog at different price points. She also included probiotic recommendations, and gave me references to take home. She was amazing and gave me some hope for my dog. Thank you so much Tanya!!

I love every experience in this wonderful store!! Always have awesome toys that I can’t find anywhere else. The staff is always so caring! Love spoiling my dogs with awesome treats from this store!!

Went into Bone & Biscuit for the first time today and the lady who helped us, Vanessa, was so informative and friendly! They are reasonably priced and have a large selection of both cat & dog supplies. We ended up purchasing more than we went in for just due to the knowledgeable employee who talked to us! We will most certainly be back. Thanks Bone & Biscuit :)
