Had my wife's 2 rings sized and joined together service was fast and friendly rings came out beautiful and nice to know they do it in store no sending it away to another province for weeks this is why I always return to Charm

Great staff

After a poor experience at Crescent Jewelry, we went over to Charms. All of the ladies were busy with customers so my daughter and I started to look at Daughter's Pride rings. Within a couple of moments, we were acknowledged, the wonderful woman that helped us apologized for the wait and explained ahe would be right with us when she was done. She was back within a couple of minutes and was a great help. She was willing to pull out anything my daughter wanted to look at. She engaged in conversation and was quick and efficient. We couldnt thank her enough for the wonderful service after the experience at Crescent. Im amazed at the different level of service between the two stores seeing as they are the same company. Id highly recommend picking Charms over Crescent anyday.

Recently had a ring resized there and received great customer service and they even cleaned my other jewelry when I came in the 2nd time. Would recomend.

I don’t recommend going there. Took my moms ring in to get sized, $150 later I bring the ring back to my mom and they made a mess of it. Went back to the store and the sales lady that helped me says “ I’ve never seen that ring before”. Another lady was there trying to help and took it back to the guy in the back.. he claims to have never touched that part of the ring. The ring was in perfect condition when I dropped it off and now it’s ruined. No accountability and no apology. I would stay away if your looking to get something sized.

This is an excellent jewellery store you can find just about anything for an affordable price that staff are very friendly and really well-organized they're very open about helping people out to find exactly what it is they need they always offer a discount and they have very good specials I highly recommend this store I will be shopping here again in the near future
