Like getting the Londoner delivered to my door. What I don’t like or appreciate is the gentleman who delivers it. He steps in my garden then walks across my front patio leaving muddy foot prints. It really angers just after I had cleaned it. Too lazy to walk around and up the driveway to the front step. Last year he walked across my newly laid concrete when I specifically asked him not too.

Found. Non delivered unopened bundles of londoner papers dumped into thames river and all over conservation land. 5 days later after informing them 15 bags worth of paper are washing into river blowing into bush. Has id packing slips for them to figure out culprit but im unsure they dont care enough to do anything

I live in an apartment building where the Londoner is placed in the lobby. Every week there are very few if any with all the fliers and the rest of them only have 2 fliers inserted. I called to report and after a lengthy conversation trying to explain my issue I was assured from now on all the fliers would be inserted then she hung up on me without allowing me to give her the address. How can they rectify this problem without the address? Frustrating!

I never subscribed to this service and after several calls and e-mails over years to cancel deliveries, the papers are still being delivered. I feel bad for those people that would like these papers that being delivered to my house instead.

I have contacted the offices over a dozen times,notifying them that I do not wish to receive the publication and to please cease delivery. Sure enough, the next week it appears again, usually with half of it blown across my yard. I am beside myself at this point and don't know what to do! Obviously, assurances that I have been placed on the do not deliver" list are hopelessly ineffective. Such poor customer service!!"

Your people continue to litter my doorstep with your magazine. Please do not do so ever again. We have a no solicitation sign on the door, the mailbox is full (of your magazine) and your people now are littering out doorstep. Next stop: formal complaint to the City of London. Cease and Desist! I emailed your firm over a week ago, no reply, and ANOTHER copy of your paper was left on my front door!!! STOP!!!

I can't believe all the negative comments on this FREE local paper. If you don't want it delivered to your home, call and cancel. I very much appreciate the Londoner and it has helped me get to know the city as a fairly new newcomer. As far as customer service comments, if you feel it is so poor maybe they could use you as a volunteer? Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Should be zero stars. Do yourself a favor and close your Call Centre. Total waste of time, effort and money calling them. Their #1 priority is to get you off the phone. Have called multiple time to cancel. I do not have mailbox so they just place loose flyers on front step. Each week I end up picking up flyers all over my yard. Enough already. So now I have to buy a mailbox I don't need (and hope they put flyers in it) or keep picking up flyers from yard each week,. Chance of them stopping delivery is zero!
