The absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Would not sell me a simple thermostat (Carrier brand) directly which I needed to replace due to a worn key pad.The Carrier Corporate office so called Customer Service advised me, I would have to call a service company to purchase and install the thermostat, which would have cost me hundreds of dollars.Went to competitor of Carrier and bought a Honeywell Thermostat. The rep was extremely helpful, explaining the functions of the Honeywell Thermostat unlike anyone I spoke to at Carrier.Sucks to be you - Carrier !

Carrier has to be one of the worse companies to find reps to purchase parts and then to have to show tickets to purchase parts...really.. I would recommend not the use carrier in any commercial business. I would use commercial products from over seas and get better service and access to parts.
