Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Absolutely do not get a vehicle from here... They provided me with a car in December with Summer tires. I called and complained multiple times saying the tires are not suited for Calgary weather and they kept denying me and refused to provide me with another car... Nothing done by them to make the situation any better.

I would like to share that I received some outstanding customer service from Adrian. There were issues and concerns that I had regarding the car I was provided. He worked hard to find me a vehicle that would be acceptable. While the experience was negative at first, because of Adrian's professionalism and willingness to help, I am providing a 5 star review.

I reserved large SUV for family teip, and they ended up giving me mid size SUV stating the reason that they don't guarantee the type of car. Run away from this location if you care about your travel and family plans.

I've rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car today. I'm writing this five-star review before I even drive the car because I am 100% certain this entire experience will be wonderful. I have always fully expected that from every Enterprise Rent-A-Car I've ever rented from. I work in sales. I once worked with a guy who was previously employed with Enterprise, and I asked him, Why is it that I always have a wonderful experience with every single person I deal with at every single Enterprise I have ever rented a car from? Wanted to commend manager Rajan Kaur for how professional she was. I came in last minute right before closing, yet she still was kind enough to go through with the rental, was super kind of her. She was also super accomodating, got me exactly what i needed and was on my way very efficiently. I wish all car rentals were this speedy and straight to the point. I highly reccomend her! Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I recently had to rental car from royal oak enterprise rent a car. I had a good a pleasant experience with them. As my car had a collision I had to drop it at the body shop close to this place. The agent was kind enough to drop the rental car at the body shop, so I don’t have to walk in the freezing temperatures. Also the car was very decent one, I had no problem at all. While I was ready to pick my car my the body shop, the agents were nice to pick the rental car from the body shop by themselves, which made my work easy for the day. This is the second time I’m renting enterprise.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Setup through insurance for rental while my car is being repaired. Traveled to the store on foot to be told I needed a credit card to take out the vehicle. No one told me anything was required except a driver's license for the rental. Failure to properly inform and wasting the customers time. I do not support credit card companies and will never join the social credit score system they try to implement.
