Dr.Andedson don't have much to do with the eye surgery patients.Just keep waiting the eye patients for cataract surgery.We waited for Almost 8 months for surgery date. Never got a call for surgery.My wife was technically blind from both eyes.We requested them for early surgery.But she did not pay any attention.In begining ,in dec.2016 ,they told us that the waiting is about 6 months and assured us to do it early in case there is any cancellation. Even we requested private surgery.they don't have any time to do that.How can a patient blind from both eyes can live without immediate help.We talked with our family doctor , he send special request and recommended early surgery at least in one eye.nothing happened in the next two months.Even our other Doctor who was taking care of my wife for diabetic problems of the eyes write an email mail to dr.anderson to do it at an early date. Again nothing happened .We talked about this problem with our other friends who had eye cataract surgery ,told us to go to other Doctor.We tried and got surgery date within 3-4 weeks for both eyes.This is a kind of irresponsibility of a doctor towards a patient ,who was in need of surgery to performer DAILY activities to survive.

The staff isnt friendly! The receptionists would rather have conversations with each other in stead of helping you. I didn't see the dr on time. When I thought I was seeing a dr it turned out it was an assistant who didn't introduce her self. It felt rushed when I was with her, and she wasnt very friendly. I saw her for maybe 5 mins and she sent me out to wait for the dr. When I met Dr Moosbrugger things still felt rushed she needed to check my tear duct and used a syringe filled with tap water to do so. I wished she would have used something a more sterile like a saline solution. She only took 5 mins and then told me that she couldn't do anything for me and that I have to see someone else. She didn't do anything different then what my eye dr did. She said that she is sending me somewhere else and that office would call me. The whole office felt like a typical walk in clinic. I really did expect a more professional and friendly experience from a specialist office. I don't recommend going to this office if you don't have to.

Very professional, courteous and comprehensive service. I lost vision in one eye as a result of a small stroke. This happened at about 6:00 pm, and was at Langley Memorial Hospital by about 6:45. By 9:30 the next morning I was in Dr. Anderson's office, where the problem was diagnosed. By the time I got home from her office, her staff had lined up half-a-dozen specialist appointments, and had phoned my home to give me the dates and times of the appointments. All of my follow-up appointments have been similarly efficient.

Great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly and took time to explain and hopefully my eye will get better.

Top notch eye care, very busy doctor, their service is is very thorough, Her staff is also very busy but very good at what they do. When getting the surgery you know you’re in the right care with a the right doctor and best chances of great reasults.

Awful place! They have a rambling phone response that lasts about 5 minutes. (It could have been recorded in 25 seconds) They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact but will charge you if you miss an appt.!! Terrible!

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr Anderson and I HIGHLY recommend her. She goes above & beyond and pays attention to all details.
