I couldn’t write enough good things about the experience me and my fiancé had with Kathryn in her studio. She shot my fiancé’s maternity and our newborn photos. As two awkward people that usually don’t take photos her energy was warm and welcoming and she had no problem posing us and making sure we felt comfortable the whole time. The amount of detail and work she puts into her art is truly amazing. She made my fiancé feel amazing and captured her raw beauty and made her feel so good to be in front of the camera. Our newborn session I didn’t really know what to expect but she truly is magical in what she does. We gave her a few traditional things we wanted to have in our photos and she incorporated them and made them look so good. She was so patient with our newborn and provided us with some snacks and drinks while we waited for our little star poser to be done. Again, if you’re looking for a newborn or maternity photographer I could not recommend Kathryn enough. We’ll definitely be going back to her in the future!

We are so so so happy with our experience with Kat. She is a true artist, our photos are so beautiful, both maternity and newborn. The whole process from shooting to picking our favourite photos to the quality of the products purchased was so easy.The maternity shoot I did because sometime in the future I know I will want them… and I loved the photos immediately .. I thought I was a hard sell, but her work is beautiful.Our newborn photos are incredible. We will be cherishing these forever.We purchased the photo book from her.The print quality is incredible.No glare at side angles, it is a true matte print, the colour is on point. Warm and perfect like the photos. She really made sure to work with a printer that produced the highest quality. The book is so beautiful.We highly recommend Rayne Drop. ❤️

You can tell a lot that goes into the experience of a business and photographer by the way their organization is, and we had already gotten that feeling before we even met Kat and her team. She sent us a very detailed itinerary to make sure we had everything we needed to make our session as smooth as possible. It very much put us at ease into handing over our 2 week old baby into the hands of someone who knew exactly what they were doing.So very worth it as the pictures were amazing and so very creative. Kat is very talented and has outstanding patience dealing with newborns to get those perfect pictures. Her communication and organization is definitely top notch. This was our second time using Rayne Drop photography and the experience was outstanding. From the beginning Kat is very professional and amazing at what she does. She works her magic on the most uncooperative baby and the resulting photos are breathtaking. You would never know how uncooperative the little dude was. The presentation of the photos and time put into each photo is evident and the memories will last a lifetime. Had the best experience with Kat! We did both maternity and newborn photos. Both shoots turned out amazing! She is seriously a baby whisperer during the newborn photos, we are so pleased with how they turned out. They’re only small like this for so long, we are so happy to have these photos as memories. The whole experience from the initial chatting, to the photoshoot, and choosing our final images was such a positive one. Would definitely work with Kat again, and likely will for our baby’s first birthday shoot!

Kathryn is absolutely wonderful! Her studio is beautiful and the way she set it up went above and beyond my expectations. I gave her a very general idea of what I wanted and she made it absolutely beautiful. She is also very flexible which I really appreciated. She photographed my 2 daughters (8 years old and the other 4 months). I was worried it would be to much of a challenge for any photographer to work with both girls at the same time ( since the baby can't even sit up yet and isn't little enough to be a sleepy little model) but Kathryn was wonderful with both of them and got natural smiles out of my silly 8 year old and a fussy 4 month old. It's the little things that matter and Kathryn knows that. Every detail of our experience with her was awesome. My family and I will definitely be returning to Kathryn next time we want to get photos done!

We have had Kat photograph our family on a few occasions and she is very good. She is a real professional who somehow manages to make all FIVE of our kids look great in group and individual photos. Our kids love her and I call her the baby whisperer because she somehow made our newborn pose in the cutest little positions for what were the sweetest newborn photos. Kat’s work is outstanding and she is kind, warm and fun. Kat, thanks for capturing our family so well and for making us feel so comfortable while doing it!

Couldn't have had a better experience with Kathryn than the one we had. Not only was she amazing at her job but she made you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for capturing a moment in time of our family. We absolutely love our album and the album we got for our in-laws is incredibly beautiful too. Kat was so natural with my baby! She is very clear about the experience and easy to get ahold of with any questions. She also accommodated us to avoid an extreme cold warning last minute! We loved our photos and would book her again in the future :)
