The guy who owns this place is kind of a legend for being grumpy, but I like to drop off return parcels and not chit chat. I have never had an issue with any package going MIA despite the fact that FedEx and others pay only about 25 or 50 cents for drop off parcels. Not much. These access points rely on walk in traffic to ship their parcels. You might ask why he is not friendlier to get more walk in traffic, but that is something only he could answer. I am glad he is making a go of it there.

I didn't even know about this stores reputation until I decided to write a negative review about my own experience. Just wanted to return a package. I was “greeted” by a grumpy unhelpful man. He went on to say he's tired of dealing with the same return issues. That he doesn't get compensated enough for his troubles. I suggested perhaps he's in the wrong business? Even had to buy a whole roll of tape in order to secure my shipping label. I do not recommend using this stores services. Fed Ex should be ashamed to be affiliated with this location.

Quite literally the worst shipping experience you could ever have, the man working is extremely rude and refuses to help you, no matter when you go. I have used this location to drop off packages where he yells from the back of the store for you to leave it on the counter. Today I went in with a QR code that needed to be scanned for my package and immediately he replied Can't help ya" "Go to Fed-Ex" - technically this is a Fedex location so my apologies for making you do your job. When I asked if he could help with what location I could go to

After reading the reviews,I don't feel so bad about my experience here. The man working....absolute miserable person. Never having experience dropping aa package off, I hand him the small box I had only to watch him toss it on a table. I asked him for a tracking number and he looses is on me. Needless to say, I will never go here ever again. I hope this man owns the space , or this management team is horrible for keeping him around.

Oscar the Grouch rudely barked his answers to my questions, accusing me of printing my label too big (which I hadn't), wanted to charge me for tape. I left with my package & went to Staples where the staff were cheerful...totally different experience. This man should NOT be dealing with the public.

The “grumpy and annoying” old man certainly applies. He was rude and unhelpful to my wife when all she wanted to do was return a shipment. FEDEX needs to know this is most likely their worst store on the planet. If it is a franchise then he should be forced out. If he is an employee he should have been fired years ago. Do not go here EVER.

I had a FedEx package to return. FedEx provided me with the label. They asked me to get from the authorized FedEx dealer, one of the plastic pouches to put the label in. Upon walking into the store with a smile on my face nonetheless, I ran into the most foul unhelpful, miserable man. The funniest thing was, there’s a sign on the wall saying something about being happy. If you’re going to have a sign up like that, don’t have such a miserable person working with the public.

If this store were not so convenient for me, I would never return. I agree with all of the other reviews that the man working in this location is extremely unfriendly and makes customers feel unwelcome. If you do need any assistance, he is brief, dismissive and his tone of voice lets you know that he is bothered by having to help. The STOP sign at the from the store says it all. Very unprofessional atmosphere..
