Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital

My Mom and I have been going to Cranberry Hill with our pets for the past 20+ years. We love it there! All the staff are very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall great. My dog Apollo and I love everyone there, but especially Dr. Kelly and Dr. Dana :)

We are very happy with the care that Maggie our Miniature Schnauzer receives at the Cranberry Hill Animal hospital. They take time to listen, discuss concerns and work with us on a plan to keep Maggie happy and healthy. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet.

The staff are very friendly and they have assisted my furry family during difficult times. They have given me emergency appointments whenever one of my babies needed medical attention. I have been a client for many years, and I highly recommend them.

As usual great service. The Vet and Tech were great to deal with. New puppy's first check up, they explained all the options with his health care.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff were very friendly, compassionate, and professional. My dog can be anxious and has never responded as well as he did with the staff at Cranberry Hill.

The people that work at Cranberry Hill are amazing. Always caring, gentle and attentive. We are so happy and blessed that our Charlie goes there.

An hour and a half $900 later and they didn't tell us anything other than what we knew already. It's highway robbery and it's nice that they're nice people, but it's not about nice people. It's about the value of a service and their service is overcharged. I think they consider their profit more important than the animal

Dr. Kelly has been my vet for over 30 years. She is invaluable to the breeders of the area. Her knowledge and experiences of dogs is incredible. She is direct, to the point and confident in her assessments. I have the upmost respect for her. The staff/team at the office, is equally important. They are professional and compassionate. Good energy and vibes all around.

I couldn’t be happier with our first visit here! My dog is just over 1 year old, he was fine going to the Vet at first, and then became progressively fearful. We were commuting quite some way to the old Vet, as we were told by many that it was “the best”. With the commute in mind, there were 3 visits in a row where we went in and they “couldn’t do anything” because he was so scared, and to use their words “reactive”. On the last visit they told me that maybe a mobile Vet was the answer for my dog.We decided to try a local facility, as we want him to have a Vet he can go to. I was very stressed about this as the previous Vet made me feel like he was a bad dog, or as if I had did something wrong. But our first visit at Cranberry Hill went Amazing! (Or as amazing as it could have). My dog was happy to go in and meet the tech and the Vet, and was happy to take treats from them (at the old vet he wouldn’t even do this). Once he realized why we were there, he did get a little scared, but the Vet and Tech were still able to get everything done we came in for (annual vaccines). They were also very calm and nice and didn’t make me feel bad for one second about his behaviour. They assured me that he is just scared, and that it was totally fine. We did talk on ways we could work on this in the future, and they gave me lots of information about other things to do with his overall health. He would even take treats from them when it was all over, which I think was a good sign!We will definitely be continuing with this Vet. Thank you for taking good care of my boy and making us feel so welcome!

This clinic is very clean and well organized. All staff is very friendly and personable. The quality of care is exceptional and it seems that every step is taken to ensure the comfort of our dog. The Vets are not afraid to go the extra mile to rule out any concerns we have had. All staff are generous with their time despite the fact that they're very busy.
