All light on and no service at drive through. Waited over 10 minutes until both car in front of me went off before I could escape. Meanwhile we could see personal inside going about their business. Should have closed the light and put a sign with schedule so we wouldn't waste time.

Very quick service in the drive thru. You can be served inside as well but must eat and drink outside. As well you need a mask. They clean the counter after every customer.

I visited Tim Hortons the first time in 2015, and ever since I got addicted to it! It’s very good quality and the price is really reasonable. Whether you choose a French Vanilla mixed with coffee or an iced lemonade with a bagel or other creamy drink you will certainly enjoy! The attendants are usually very friendly and kind. At rush hours you’ll find some relatively long lines, but it’s not that bad, since you can catch this opportunity to interact with elderly people and listen to theirs great experiences! If you came to Canadá, don’t miss the chance of trying this traditional cafeteria!

This place is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever went to. They had no toilet paper in ANY bathroom at 8am, and when I asked if I could have toilet paper I was told to use the one that was ON THE FLOOR, I said no, and had to wait 10 mins for one of their employees to go get toilet paper.

No service for online orders pickup.The app sent me to the very far branch (7km), when they're a couple just around. I should verify this by myself.The order is not in pickup counter or something, but in the drive-through line, means waiting on line for something that payed and ready.It was an order for 4 people, one beverage was missing and I didn't verify it.Should I verify everything after you?

On google, it says this branch is open for dining until 10 pm. Unfortunately, when I visited on November, only one person was working, cleaning the floor at 8:10 pm. He saw us from inside but didn’t bother to look and come out to open the door. Even though this Tim Horton's should be open for dining until 10 pm, the employee seems to have locked the doorway way earlier than 10 pm, without any signs. I guess it is okay for them to decide the close time.
